Good freaking sub. If I'm getting a sub sandwich this is my favorite place.

First time here. We needed a quick bite to eat & thought we would give them a try. When we walked in only 2 people in line ahead of us to order so thought it would be quick. After ordering it took over 30 minutes to get our food! We planned on eating at the location. Our quick bite to eat took about an hour for just a sandwich. While we were waiting for our order, 4 other people came in & no one came to the register to tak their orders so ended up walking out.

Very disappointed in this place, I had hi hopes. I placed order online, at 11:am to be picked up at 12:30pm. I arrived early and let them know I was there, so wasn't surprised it wasn't ready so I sat to wait. 12:30 came along and nothing, after 5-10 min, asked when my sand would be ready. The answer I got was that all in-house orders are completed first, really, Why the hell would you place order online if you had time to wait. Also to note, they weren't that busy. NEVER AGAIN! My time is worth more than that sandwich! Don't waste your time!

Mostly friendly staff. Food is 98.9% of the time correct and done right. Always better than subway. 4 stars because the last two times I went it was messy and not really busy. As someone who has held many jobs in the food industry, I know how crazy things can get so I understand to an extent. I am not going to assume you were not slammed before I went in, or even assume you weren't training someone. I just hope next time I go back it's a little cleaner. No one is asking for perfection. Y'all still have my business either way.

Hands down the best toasted warm subs! The Italian is my favorite but all are awesome! Round up your bill to the nearest dollar and help out the fire fighters in your area.

Great subs I recommend the beef and cheddar!!!! Not stingy on the meats. Atmosphere rinds me of a 50's type diner

With it being busy I witness patients from both of the Employees kudos to Matt and Rylan everyone always have something to complain about but these guys were working the butt up with the circumstance's of them being short staff.

Only my second time at firehouse but the sub tasted fresh and delicious. The bread was extra soft too and the toppings we're twice the amount you would get at most sub shops. I used to frequent subway but since they raised their prices without compensating for the amount of food given, I think I'll come here instead

I ordered a engineer and a Tuna. Got home and my sandwich Engineer was not TURKEY. Went back and the young lady began to argue with me about what I ordered. I only eat Turkey, Chicken and Fish. I finally asked them do I get a Engineer? She finally said yes. I will not come back here again. And they had the nerve to think it was my fault. I understand know body wants to work fast food but this is crazy.

We grabbed subs on our way out of town for the weekend. It took over 15 minutes for 4 sandwiches. There was only one person in front of us, so the wait wasn’t due to being busy. The two guys behind the counter were very inappropriate (my kids even knew they were inappropriate and they are 4 & 6). The lady working even said “they can hear you and that is inappropriate!” The lady who took our order had to also make our food as the two guys were busy goofing around. We will not be coming back!

Attempted to place an order on the app and got an error message multiple times, ended up going somewhere else. Got a notification from my bank that I was charged for the order that never went through, I called the store to see about getting a refund. The girl named Heaven stated “it’s not really our fault since you placed the order” BUT MY ORDER NEVER WENT THROUGH. Heaven also refused to give me any contact info for upper management to expedite the refund process. She then proceeded to hang up on me and now my calls will not go through to this location and I’m out over $60 for an order that was never placed.
