I Had a chicken sandwich...was way over cooked ..couldn't eat it...used to be a good place but not going to go there anymore...slow service and the place was dirty...

Placed an order on the app, went to pick it up and cashier said it had been picked up already. Showed her my app with the order info and she just repeated that it was picked up. No offer to re-make the order, refund my card, or give me manager/customer service info.

Absolutely the worst place I've been. My boyfriend and I got extremely bad food poisoning for a week after. The service was terrible, and the cooks were lazy (which is why we got old food). The place was absolutely disgusting. Had high hopes, but was extremely disappointed.

Ordered a 12 piece bucket of chicken and got the three sides (2 mashed potatoes and one Mac n cheese") and than ordered a chicken pt pie and another side dish of Mac and cheese, a side of coleslaw and two sides of corn..... I get home and opened the bag to come to find out the extra side of Mac n cheese wasn't there and the chicken pot pie was NOT in the bag!!!!! We called the location and a employee answered and we explained the shortage of items. The employee than gives the phone to the so called "manager" and we once again explained the issue and she asked for the name on the order so we told her the name and she said "I remember that order and the chicken pot pie was placed on the "bottom" of the bag and first it was NOT there and second who would place a chicken pot pie on the BOTTOM of a 12 piece bucket of chicken. She commenced to arguing and I hung up the phone because you will NOT talk to customer like that and I also will not be spending my money there any longer. This place has gone down hill in the last couple years and every time the order has been wrong and the sad think is we ordered through the app and they had over a half hour to get it right, just imagine the service people get in the drive through. Very disappointing!!!!

The food has gone down hill. The inside isn't clean especially behind the counter. The chicken pieces are so tiny. Some pieces were old and dry. Prices are ridiculously priced. The help is very friendly at the drive thru but many times forget the condiments I asked for.

Chicken sand wasn't fresh & combo was missing fries. 3 piece tender on side was fresh. $19 + change for a mediocre chicken sand, 3 tenders & a small pop.

I really like KFC, and this is the only KFC in town, but the service is just awful. 9 out of 10 there’s no one to take order, what’s up with that?Then comes the cleanliness, none of the tables are ever clean! And generally just awful.I can empathize with the employees, but come on now.. it’s not even that busy atleast get the tables clean.The owner really needs to invest more time here, or soon will be going out of business.

Visited this location for the first time on 6/8/23 between 4:45-5:05pm. Pricey for what you get nowadays & the staff manning the registers inside were friendly though understandably sitting around bored since it was dead empty inside. Had a hard time understanding half of what the cashier that serviced me said due to either mumbling or soft spoken.

Took forever for someone to acknowledge we were even there because they were all screwing around in the back. Then took forever to get our food because of the same reason. Chicken was guaranteed fresh by the server when it was brought out to our table but it definitely wasn't fresh! It was room temperature at best and very greasy. Will not be back!

FIRST!! I just want to say how great the customer service was!! The ladies over the intercom and at the window could not have been more patient, kind, helpful and accommodating!!However, we paid 45$& and the chicken was so dry.. wings and legs were inedible. Macaroni was soooo good! Lol It won’t be worth my time or money to give a second chance though, as it was just so disappointingly bad.
