Got here for my 7am appointment on time, after very little interaction from the staff I was told to go back to wait in my truck and they would call me when they had a door open. Got a call an hour later and was told they would be sending me a link to pay the lumper fee, got that and had it paid by 8:15am was in door at 8am didn’t get a red light till almost 8:45 then took them till 11:45 to get a green light, looks like they damaged 3 boxes and just left them and the pallet...read full review
Our delivery hasn't been on time when it comes from cedar falls. It would be nice for the front office or the driver to update us that they'll be late. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Can't wait until Reinhardt facility is upgraded.

Excellent service.Fast checking in and checking out.Fast unloading 1-2 hours for loads with over 1000 cases.Lumper payments are processed through relay platform.Overnight Parking possible outside on the street.Will come back again.Ty
