I remember when you used to be able to go to McDonald's and spend $20 and get a decent amount of food now $20 is nothing you're going to spend upwards of $40 you're basically getting the same amount as you would for 10 dollars

They didn't look at the walk up counter so I moved to where they could see me and the worker wasn't very nice to me when I asked to place an order. Very clean store.

Mobile order- ordered 2 qtr pounders, 1 with cheese, 1 without, both had cheese even though the label attached said no cheese. Plus food was lukewarm and I had to wait for it (so you’d expect it warm).

No joke someone just tried to rob me here, they said they were gonna knock me down or shoot me if I didn't give them my money. Luckily I was able to escape unharmed, law enforcement says it is not a saf place because of lack of cameras. Also that they get alot of unsavory characters called in from there. Food was fine though.

Compared to the McDonald’s on Main & University, this one is much slower and frequently gets orders wrong. As far as dining in goes, they no longer have self serve fountain soda. Suggest driving the extra mile to go to the other

We came through the drive through around 2:15. We usually never have a problem with this location but every item of food we got from this trip was stale/old.
I went through drive thru I got a big mac made wrong, the GM was very rude. Poor customer service, she carried herself very rudely.

8:20 at night and everything is old, cold and hard. This is the 3rd time I've went there later after diner time (6:00) and got nothing but old trash food that's been in the warmers for too long. I'm already waiting in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes you would think the food would be better..

Good was ok but the "crew* that operates the McDonald's on 1st St in Cedar Falls, IA is incompetent, messes up orders constantly & if you ask for your food made the way you order it, they get an attitude about having to actually do the job they were hired to do.
