This is by far the worst McDonald’s in the area. The wait times are awful. Food is often times not done correctly.

Ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese bagels an 2 sodas. It took 20 minutes. I watched several cars go through the drive thru and 2 customers left because they didn't get waited on

As far as McDonald's goes this one is below average. Every single time I've been there it's taken 15–20+ minutes to get my food, even when they're not busy. One time there was a punk in the restaurant making fun of all the white people. They were also vaping in the restaurant AROUND OTHER PEOPLE'S FOOD. The staff did nothing. The food is usually okay but sometimes tastes stale. Just go to any other McDonald's in the Waterloo-Cedar Falls area. By far the worst one in the city.

The Reaper
Okay so I went thru drive thru today and I don’t think I’ll ever be going back to this location, had a pretty simple order, 2 large drinks and a large fry made fresh. Proceeded to wait 10 minutes in line, I understand that it can get busy then get to the 2nd window and wait there for five minutes just for the drinks, the drive thru attendant said she’d get me a fresh order of fries for the wait, I literally watch her check the fries she had originally and then handed me those. Now as an employee to a customer don’t say you are going todo something then not do it, I didn’t even eat the fries they were cold and hard. I will definitely be going to a different location in the future.

Food was cold, took about 45 mins to get food with 1 car being in line. Not to mention inside dining was closed. If you don’t have an hour to wait this is not the fast food restaurant to go to.

Hot, yummy food. Ordered ahead and picked up curbside. Like last time (Center Point McDonald's), they forgot the dip for the chicken nuggets, but the lady was super nice and ran back in to get it for us. Very nice service, good food.
Good fast food, young staff thatseem very friendly. Typically use drive thru, so I won't comment on inside atmosphere.

I can't understand how they get off charging what they do now. I didn't have time to bring in and get replaced. My Mc chicken had maybe 10 pieces if shredded lettuce and about a gallon of mayo. My mc double looked like they thrown it around. I understand it's just mcdonalds. But if your gonna charge that much maybe hire competent help or train them properly.

I only go here for my kids' reward and it's close. It's gotten so bad lately beyond minor complaints. The restaurant is dirty, staff is below fast food standards, you get some dude rapping while taking orders.. on top of you while you're ordering, items missing almost every time, cold stale fries most of the time, long waits for food (20 minutes average). There's really no reason to go here anymore, I'll take the drive to main street cf instead of going here again. This university location is just straight trash.

Horrible, food was burnt and inedible, all I got was a single sandwich and i wasn't about to turn around to get another disgusting sandwich, the manager was the one who gave it to me and as soon as the bag was in my car all I smelled was burnt, should be ashamed to serve food like this, if you can't do it don't work somewhere that food is being prepared, could have scraped a whole layer of burnt off the sausage, don't bother calling they don't answer and last time they did was 2 months ago and I never got the so called "coupons" in the mail
