This place has really gone downhill. I echo a lot of the other comments here -- the last two times I entered the store, I noticed that there was food all over the place (some mixing), and wait times were really long. My food was okay two visits ago. I didn't even have time to order food during my last visit because the wait was 20+ mins long. I don't recommend going here... especially if you have a lunch break that isn't very long. Go to Pablo's.

To add to the other “great” reviews… How many times do you guys have to apologize before you fix the repeating issues..This place use to be my all time favorite! But… save your money and go to Pablo’s, and if I was the owner I’d shut’er down as a health and safety service… at least until restaffed and cleanedFood - ordered a chicken, cheese quesadilla,1 part has no chicken, 1 part has 3 pieces, 1 piece has a glob, and last has 1 piece.Lady tore my burrito, watched and just quick wrapped it up, barely put any of what I asked for.Service - not welcoming, no hello or greeting, just a “what do ya want?”Blaring inappropriate musicSwearing and complete disregard for the presence of customersEmployees complained about jobAtmosphere - dirty, kitchen area was unsanitary, dumped the shredded cheese tub and not shredded cheese objects fell in my burrito.Long story short, we live 30min away, food was trash, and my wife was pissed. From the reviews I have read and what I witnessed tonight I believe you need to spend more time here if you are invested enough to care. Out of rice, steak for my burrito then out. no sour cream, no rice and ran out of guacamole on my burrito. 8 people deep on to go orders and 14 people have left in the last 5 minutes. The two girls working are trying to hold this together... but the tall guy needs to go. He has been in and out doing something 4 different times. Makes comments about workers in front of customers. If he is some sort of management I think we found the problem. If I was his co-worker I wouldn't stick around for more than an hour. Oh. And while I was typing another 6 have left. Yes...Every table in this place is dirty. I was here 30 minutes... more people have walked in and left than have been served. The girls and one guy are holding things together at the front while the tall guy who blames it all on everyone else is hiding in the back making rice.By the way...No need to respond to my review.... I see you canned response on all the reviews the last 6 months.

I’ve never left a negative review for any business, but this store simply needs to be closed. My food was cold ( I sat in a booth immediately after ordering) and the place is absolutely filthy.

These are typical slow motion NPCs. Good food but the wait is a little long.
This store is something....don't go there unless you're prepared to stand for 20 minutes cause the workers are to high to move at a normal pace and take 1 min for every item you ask for, the worker walked away once my order was ready to get the toppings so standard there till someone else just came over to finish. The potions are SUPER inconsistent you never know if your bowl will be overflowing or barely even touching the lid when it's closed. Oh also forgot to mention they didn't even have shredded cheese at all in store.....how do you not have any cheese at all??so you're not able to get one of the 5 things they offer in the menu( quesadillas) so there's that. Definitely do not recommend this place and will never be taking my business there anymore. The workers are rude and will yell at you and cuss you out. Definitely wish there was a qdoba or chipotle around here so this place would close down!

Waited for then to open and they didn't even have everything ready how hard is it every time it's always something out of meat rice queso or not open when their supposed to be. This used to be my favorite place while I was attending university as a broke college kid and the serving size I got today was ridiculous the person serving me said that's all they can do because of food cost and I'm like why I get double rice all the time and they said they couldn't without even explaining why asked for the boss and was told they are busy?! Told them bever mind then I don't want my bowl and was told I had to pay since they already made it so I said make me and left and was told not to come back on my way out the door which is fine by me rhe younger lady who said she was a manager with the thick curly black hair is the absolute worst I'm pretty sure she called me the n word on my way out too ya I'm black but still not cool at all she need to b fiiiirrreeeed

Recently ordered through Uber Eat. Delivery & ordering was great, but the food came terrible. They forgot to add queso (that I paid extra for) and half the rice in my dish was UNCOOKED. Very sad to get not great food. Not worth it.

I'm still confused about my experience. Myself, my son and nephew all got burritos at 3pm and they were out of rice and veggies. I was trying to order and employees were goofing around and sort of... just looking at us. Weird. But we paid and I got a soda, but half of the soda machine was out of order. Then we sat down and all three burritos had cold spots. Couldn't figure out what it was. Cheese? Salsa? We still ate it because its Pancheros, but c'mon. Oh, and please wipe a table down.
