They didn't even have ice in the drinks machine, and the ice cream machine didn't even work! And that's the only reason I'm going, I'm not going back to that place! Worthy mothers!

Went here with my son for lunch and it was terrible literally right at lunch alota dirty tables, both pop machines had no ice customers were using silverware to un jam the machine to get ice. There was hardly ANY food pizza old almost gone chicken there was 2 PCs left and it wasn’t even noon. For $35 for 2 people this is absolutely RIDCULIOUS for a business.let alone a buffet on a Sunday at lunch. We won’t be back.

This is even a generous rating. This will be the last time coming here. Everytime, and I mean EVERY time, we are here there is NEVER ice, the ice cream machine is always broken. Always having to track someone down for silverware. The salad bar could be great, but it is dirty, and never has what you need. It is constantly out of a lot of items and you have to track someone down to fill it and then wait wait wait. Including the actual salad, dressing, you name it. Several people were frustrated. We keep trying to give this place a chance to get it together and just not happening. Someone needs to fix it. We def won’t be back.

We were there for a birthday party a few weeks ago.. never had I seen this place in such condition! The place was packed with several parties, understaffed/or untrained staff.. we waited 30 minutes for food to make it to the buffet and if anyone got any they had to be quick because it was gone before the worker got it completely out.. not to mention everything was out of order and dirty and dishes/silverware were scarce, not even toilet paper in the restrooms.. we left unsatisfied and hungry. There wasn't anyone working the arcade so kiddos couldn't even get prizes.. ???

Went for the buffet. After we paid, there were no clean tables (lots of empty tables but stacked with dishes), no plates, no chicken, hardly any pizza, no ice for our drinks. Highly disappointing for what we paid.

Straight trash.. I could get a better dinner dumpster diving. Every dish was dirty and I mean this literally, there was not one single clean plate, fork, or cup. When I took my 7 dirty cups to the counter to ask for clean ones without soap and food smeared all over them, they gave me 7 more dirty cups. I finally asked for paper cups. Ive never had a worse dining experience in my entire life. If I took my worst enemy on a dinner date, I wouldn’t take them here because nobody deserves this.

Went there for grandson's birthday party. No one ever came in the party room to confirm what party package or take pizza order. Finally got front counter to take the order. Cups and plates weren't brought to the room. Pizza was brought to us at the time the party was to end. Game cards were delivered 15 minutes before the end of the party. The goodie bags and birthday wheel were given to us 50 minutes after the party was over. Noone was in the arcade area to give the kids prizes for the points they earned playing in the arcade. Service was nonexistent. They tried to charge for the goodie bags after they had given a discount because of their lack of service.Kid-friendliness: No staff to assist kids in arcade

When walking to find a table many were not cleaned, floors mess. No coffee mugs , no ice tea. No plates or silverware. People standing around waiting for food. Chicken, mashed potatoes. Stuffing. Management of no help.
