Literally the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to, which is weird considering it seems to have more staff than most. Nothing like placing an order in the app and it taking longer than estimated, then when it says it’s complete, I still have to wait 5 minutes for a refresher. And on top of that, the drinks aren’t properly mixed with the flavors sitting at a layer on the bottom of the cup.

I came in for coffee at 7:30 on a Saturday morning and there was already a line of cars wrapped around the building. The team inside was so levelheaded and positive; they were super friendly, and despite the line and the wait they made me feel important and they made my order feel important. I always have wonderful experiences here and never feel like a burden for coming into order my coffee.

First time getting Starbucks, and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered a basic dark roast with a splash of oat milk and a pump of vanilla. The milk was free, but the vanilla was $0.80 extra. The coffee was smooth, not bitter at all, and overall very drinkable. Drive-thru was fast and our drinks came quickly. Would recommend.

This stand alone Starbucks must source their hazelnut syrup from a different supplier than the Starbucks inside Hy-Vee. Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes to be told they don't have hazelnut due to a shortage, when I literally had a hazelnut latte in Hy-Vee at lunch.

I used to like Starbucks a lot but I don’t feel like paying $6 for a refresher drink for them to fill the WHOLE venti size cup with ice and just a little bit of refresher drink. Not worth it I’ll stick with going to Dunkin. :)

couldn't even make a strawberry açaí lemonade right, made it with warm water. i asked for a new one and she completely didn't measure it out. so i just have $8 lemonade.

Not worth it. I had a terrible experience getting the wrong drink then being promised a free drink. When I went to redeem the free drink, the manager said no because she didn't know about it. Ok whatever, i order a drink and use my free reward. I was utterly shocked to see it was made incorrectly again. I asked for it to be corrected but the manager must have had a really bad day or anger problems because she was so defensive. It was weird. I wish she would have been professional but she was just annoying and rude instead.
