Honestly I have been here multiple times and have not had good experiences. I have waited several minutes standing there waiting to order and the employees are just standing there talking not even paying attention. Whenever they make a chai, they make it very milky with no flavor and when I asked for them to add more flavor, the girl got a huge attitude and wouldn't look at me or say anything and just threw the drink back on the counter. As much as I love Starbucks, the employees are making a bad look on this location.

Honestly I prefer caribou over this because therlir coffee is better mixed and have better flavor otherwise their iced drinks are great :)

I do feel really bad about this. I was driving to all the coffee shops I knew on university Avenue, and could not find any still open. When i thought all was lost for a late coffee at 8:45pm i saw this one closed at 9. When i got there the lady was just getting ready to close up. I was literally there at 8:53pm. I explained my situation and she was happy to make my coffee for me. I felt even worse when another person got behind me. Thank you so much!
