The entire night shift is a joke, EVERYtime. They basically made a bunch of random food and just threw it in my bag. Then has the audacity to say they don’t do refunds, yeah cause you wouldn’t be making any money with how much you guys mess up orders. Close the place down already.

Ordered at drive through, drive home and discover the order was wrong. No big deal, but drove back with order and requested a refund. Was told their manager will not allow refunds. Huh? Employees even said it made no sense but they weren't allowed and would be in trouble if they did. They remade the order which was fine but annoying as I wasted my time and gas and simply wanted a refund. I do want to praise the young lady working the drive thru window though, you're doing an awesome job, only person there that seemed like she cared.
This Taco Bell (Cedar Falls, IA location) has been AMAZING lately. The food has been amazing! It tastes so good. The service? Fast and friendly. The food looks like the photo! The drive thru has been really fast and efficient. I love been going to Taco Bell frequently since like 2005 and this is top tier TBell lately.
