Had the nachos. The amount was good but the amount of “grinder” meat was less than desired. If this is their signature ingredient then put more on the appetizer. The amount of onions and jalapeño was perfect. This app could use a little more cheese. The pineapple salsa was delicious. Our server was training and did a great job.Four at our table shared a Maui pizza that looked delicious and those four enjoyed.

Love Cedar Falls, love downtown and this was my favourite place. Here often for work. Ordered my favourite, the buffalo spice pizza, was provided with no buffalo sauce. Conner identified himself as the manager and initially argued that the pie had buffalo sauce then realized it didn’t. Why can’t the customer be right and not feel like he is trying to lie? He offered to replace with the correct pizza, I guess there was a misunderstanding, no replacement so I left to another place. Eat out often for work, rarely correct or complain, mostly because Im afraid of what they might do to my food, but to argue that the order was incorrect is beyond customer satisfaction being anywhere near important.

We ordered 3 pizzas and every one of them was terrible. the crust was so hard we couldn't even eat it, it was so dried out. We've ate at the University one and it was always great. This was our first time ordering from the downtown Other Place. We will not be going back. Very disappointed for the price you pay.

Great experience. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Great verity of food, beer and drinks to choose from. Love the atmosphere, filled with holiday charm. Always a great place to spend time catching up with friends and family.

Worst Pizza Ive Ever Had Recommended by a co-worker for the "Best Pizza in Town". Ordered a Buffalo Chicken Pizza and was disgusted by the excuse that came out. Very dry, no buffalo sauce, only huge chunks of chicken covered in cheese on a bad crust. We went to Caseys Gas Station for better pizza afterwards. Will not be returning.
