Great variety of pizza choices. Waitress was friendly and observing. Parking can be not real convenient depending on day/time. I don't recommend getting a mixed drink however. Not very good actually the worst margarita I've ever had. Environment is clean and spacious.

Our server Allison made the experience and can’t say enough what an amazing experience. We came down from Prior Lake MN just to get donuts and pizza. We love this place and the food is a 10/10. I want to say again how amazing our service was with Alison. Bravo We are stopping back again tonight to get more pizza on our way back home after our comedy club experience. I can’t wait to try even more of these pizzas. I loved the clean theme inside and was very modern and comfortable. See you again soon !

The pizza is great! Our family shared garlic twists and then three pizzas - bacon cheeseburger, street taco, and chicken bacon ranch. There are a lot of unique pizzas offered on their standard menu or you can have a custom pizza made with whatever you want. They a large selection of drinks. Service was very good. It's a fun atmosphere. The downtown area of Cedar Falls has limited parking as others have mentioned, but we expected that and had no trouble finding a spot within an easy walking distance.

Walked in and it said “seat yourself.” Saw two servers, no open tables, and some people sitting alone taking up full tables. Bar had like 4 people at it but no room for two more due to them being so spaced out. Definitely think they shouldn’t have gotten rid of hosts/hostesses because no one greeted us or told us how long the wait would be, so we just walked around to find a seat, didn’t find one, and walked out.

Love the pizzas here, so good and there are such a great variety of options. They also have salad and vegan options. They also have gluten free crust.

Really delicious wood fire pizza. The crab rangoon pizza is such a fantastic blend of everything great about pizza and crab rangoons!Love the pretzel with beer cheese appetizer, too!

The food was amazing, we each had a pizza regular crust, an order of twisted garlic sticks and shared a flight of mimosas and a flight of what was on tap. I was super happy that they had my favorite cider on tap, cherry rhubarb from Fishback and Stephenson (Cherry Poppins). It was a good brunch for my daughters 21st.

The pizza is pretty good, but they've recently changed their crust and it's not light and airy like it used to be. The prices have also gone up quite a bit (used to be about $10 for a pizza) with most pizzas costing between $13 and $15 as they are - any substitutions result in extra charges. And the taco pizza does not come with Taco sauce - that costs extra too. In my opinion, the wings are pricey. I've not had a salad here before. The service can be hit or miss. We went last night and our service was exceptional, but there have been other times where it was subpar - we were charged for each soda refill when refills are free during one visit.Trivia nights are always fun, but it's very difficult to hear because they just use a megaphone, and the acoustics are terrible so you can't hear over people talking.

Restaurant was clean and well kept. Food was about average with premium prices. 10+ dollars for a personal pizza with minimal/sparingly added toppings is a bit much, especially for the CF/Waterloo area. It was also the first place where we received the wrong order and they took the food back. Most places will give the food as an inconvenience, even if you don't eat it (and since they have to throw the food away anyway, or at least i hope they did). Waitress seemed short and service just was sub par at best. It's also really annoying to get a 20% tip added automatically due to a larger group. Usually I will tip more (assuming the service is at least decent) as I know larger groups can be overwhelming, but I won't add any extra with auto tips(also is sad to see the lowest suggested additional tip is 7%). This place could be really good if management can teach staff how to better handle customers and make a pizza with toppings that are worth the high price.

Used to love going here, recent visits have dropped the score alot and even worse when it seems people do not care about what they do. Seems new people come and go and good service just about the same with it. I would still recommend over other area places but can you really get any worse then just the idea of we can settle for Urban Pie?

Great service and wings. I got the 6 wings for 6 dollars because of a coupon and they tasted great. Highly recommend the barbecue flavor. Ordered for pick up and was ready right away.
