I have been to American Skillet before, but it's been a while. I stopped in today and I'm not sure I'll be back again for a while.The server just seemed to be in a rush to get my order. She must have asked four times in a five minute period if I was ready to order, yet.I got the full order of biscuits and gravy and while it was delicious, it didn't seem like much for ten dollars. There were two small biscuits hiding under a plateful of gravy. I'm glad I didn't go with the half order. Also, just now I was able to find a menu on American Skillet's facebook page, which stated I should have gotten fruit or American fries with my order. I wasn't offered either and neither was brought to me. All in all I spent seventeen dollars for two small biscuits and a glass of orange juice. Just didn't seem a good value to me.

Food, cost, and service were phenomenal. We dined and got the Philly, a pancake, and the Arizona omelette. Delicious! The atmosphere is homey/cozy and sounded like the staff closely knew many of the customers/regulars. It's a good spot!

Lovely diner to stop at and get a quick filling meal.We had the stuffed French toast and the chicken with biscuits.The gravy was thick and tasty with sausage and the chicken was so juicy!The French toast was fresh, stuffed with cream cheese and delicious berries on top!Staff are so polite and sweet, not overbearing nor did they make us feel rushed.Very old school comfy and relaxing place to have breakfast for sure!

Both of our breakfasts were large, delicious and filling. We highly recommend the Florida Omelet and the Berries and Cinnamon French Toast (with a wonderful cream cheese filling)! The service was exceptional, the atmosphere welcoming, and the prices very reasonable. We will absolutely be back!

I was just In American skillet I ordered the rubber and fries and a small milk I'm hurt the rubber wasn't done right there was only corned beef one one side no one check on us until we were ready to.leave. my meal was taken off the bill I didn't want that I wasn't even asked I wanted my food.

The staff at american skillet are always welcoming. I love the whole vibe in there. I love that you play 101.9. if you like eggs benny then you definitely have to try theirs. also the French dip! Its my favorite restaurant in town.

The food is great but the service is slow and the portion sizes aren’t that big but I love coming here as I have since I was a kid. Maybe needs some more help.Parking: Not a lot of parking so it’s easy to tell when it’s busy.
