Very nice experience, food was great and came out at perfect times. Our waitress Sarah B. was very friendly, check on us at all the right moments, and made us feel welcomed. First time there and would definitely eat here again.

Absolutely worst dinning experience of my life. Oh wait, I can’t even say that, because we didn’t get to eat… we got sat and no one spoke to us for 15 minutes. I’ve never walked out of a restaurant before until tonight. The waiter took the order of the couple that sat right next to us after they got sat 10 minutes after we did, and then he want back to bussing tables around us but not once spoke to us. We went tonight 3-18-2024 at 7:20. Never going to this location again, and that’s said, because it was once one of my favorites… pathetically run organization.

It's an Applebee's. The only thing I like on their menu is the Oriental Chicken Salad and even then, they have changed it over the years so that you get less, and the chow mein noodles are a cheap version of what they used to be. Other than that, there is nothing on the menu that I have tried that I've liked.I get that Applebee's is known for their quirky 90's decor, but come on Applebee's, time to update or go out of business.

Let me start this off by saying the only reason we chose applebees is because it was after 9 and we werent expecting anything special at all but it ended up being the Worst hour and a half of our lifes. Took an hour to get what we ordered, and when it finally came, my sirloin was a raw ball of gristle.(the fork wouldn't even go through) The other sirloin was ordered medium well and came rare. They had an hour to cook it! So they "re-fired" the one that was undercooked and gave me a new one that was still cold in the middle. Once we got the check, the waitress said, "we took yours off the bill." -10$, but the sirloins skillets we ordered were 2 for $25, and they tried charging us $32 for the deal. So they had to take that off. I asked my kids how their food was, and they said "ok" and they'll eat anything. lol, I guess we should have just eaten nachos and pretzels from super skate for supper. The floor around our booth had crumbs all over. I would have understood some issues if it were busy, but there were only 4 other tables. Had to pay $60 for a horrible dinner. ?

I was seated where I could see the TV. The food was full of flavor! The server was helpful, answered any questions I had and she checked back often enough to keep my drink replenished. The servings were generous. Afterwards I sat for a few moments before leaving. I was a very satisfied customer. Satisfied with the atmosphere, the service, the taste and the bill.Parking: Handicapped parking upfront near the door.

After a long night of wondering where to go for dinner thinking of all the places around I chose Applebees. It had probably been 5 years since I had been. I walked in the first thing I noticed was the new paint job and how “modern” it looks. The neon signs caught my eyes and tried to buy them. Unfortunately the lovely manager (I can’t remember her name) wouldn’t sell them to me. (I’ll try again) I sat down the bartender was so nice last time I was at an Applebees it took forever to get served food she was very attentive and I never had to wait to get asked for a refill. I had order spin dip and then a classic cheese burger. A few special requests because to be honest I like a food a certain way so I asked for it to be done that way. Typically if a place can’t they’ll tell me and that’s fine. Well Applebees on Collins rd did it. So kudos to them.

Food could always use a punch or like the pasta t needs wayyyyyy more sauce for God's sake!!! Don't nobody want no motherfuking pasta that's dry as a bone and I ain't even enough sauce for the damn breadstick that you get with it. Your Long island's or tasting marvelous because the bartender that we had was spectacular and she actually knew how to make a Long
