The bagels are very tasty. Unfortunately the manager is extremely loud and obnoxious. He is borderline rude, and his voice is so disturbing and so loud we are forced to take the bagels out instead of dining in. If you can remove that manager, this place would be great. The cashier is very nice. I was asked to update my review to reflect that the situation was being looked into, but I have to say this in all honesty that I cannot edit that. Because I have complain before about the same manager three or four years ago and he is still there, so no I will not edit my review because nothing obviously has been done. To say that you are looking into the situation is a lie.

Terrible service and I did not get what I ordered twice in a row on separate visits!I would post a photo of my order but there is no place to do so.I paid extra for extra cream cheese and did not get that.

Very popular local breakfasts stop.No drive through, seem to have online ordering for pickup.Customers are the worst part about this place from my 1 visit there. Everyone seems VERY needy and it's clear there are 3 people working very hard. They don't have time to go troubleshoot why the toilet isn't flushing properly. It's the 7am rush.I rated the atmosphere as a 4 because I feel like some music and warmer lighting could really make the place feel better in general. The florescent lights and silence besides the workers was awkward.The employees were super kind and nice. I hope they are having a good day.

I think far better bagels than Panera. Large fresh bagels taste like authentic New York style. I'm hooked on the salmon sandwich with capers, tomatoes,fresh red onions, and cream cheese. I have had this salmon on various bagels, flavors, always good and fresh breakfast and lunch. The little side twice baked hashbrown is a treat.

They have a brisket breakfast sandwich that is Sofa-King delicious. On the days you are hungrier than usual you can even add an extra egg! ?

Despite there only being two employees, and them clearly being a little stressed, I was still treated with amazing service. They got my order taken once I was ready and even went in the back to grab more bagels for my order (I hadn't realized they were out of them up front, but they were polite enough to go grab some instead of asking me to choose something else). It was nice and clean, a comfortable atmosphere, and a pretty good price for a bagel sandwich and a bag of chips, to where I had no problem tipping more than my usual 20%. And to top it all off, as I was waiting (which wasn't very long), one of the employees offered me a sticker from a jar. I'm not a child, but I sure got the excitement of one when I was offered. And the sandwhich was absolutely worth it all. It was delicious, to the point where I didn't even get a real picture of it. Took one bite and it was gone within a minute or two.Eat local - it's always worth it! ❤️❤️

My husband and I were in line to order breakfast and a young man with his hair out everywhere was making food. I work in the food industry and I just cannot watch someone make my food with there hair not pulled back.

Got a hairy sandwich and the store looked dirty and they claimed they were closing when I get there but nothing was toasted and the hot sandwiches were cold and I was getting for a work meeting it was a imbarising molment to suggest this for a company
