I think they should clean the place up a little bit better the staff I have worked with when I've been there were great especially the bartender Turn the music down just a little bit so you can enjoy your meal

After multiple and multiple visits I’m very unsatisfied and will be going to a different location from now on the wings are always cold coming out the kitchen I would ask for extra crispy and well done neither were taken in consideration carrots were missing ranch no where to be found very very disappointed condensing I go there every Tuesday most Tuesday just a huge hassle to travel outside my area for wings now this not just one visit I would say over 7-8 visit I’m finally done

One of my favorite restaurants to eat at in Cedar Rapids. Atmosphere is great, food is ALWAYS fantastic, and the staff/sevice is unbeatable. Love this location. Im a regular and will continue to be.
Your typical chain BBW food. Server was friendly. Bathrooms were gross.

Waited to pick up food we had ordered online. The estimated time for our take out to be ready for pick up was 710. I arrived a min or 2 b4 and waited in the lobby for someone to acknowledge me. It’s 735 and no one has said a word to me. I had to walk onto the dining room floor and approach a waitress just to have her take my name and never return to check that I had been taken care of. Finally after 45 mins another waitress has gone to check on my food, wish me luck!

Me and my wife were in around 11 ony 2 other tables were occupied, waited 5 to 7 min before a server came over to ask for drinks, we placed our order we got the 6 traditional 6 boneless combos, i asked for cheese on my fries harder any the food was kinda cold when we got it wasn't hot.. I think this is the last time we will come here. The only positive the server was friendly. Very very disappointed in the food

The cook in the back always has an attitude you can hear him getting mad when he has to replace an order he messed up
They have the best wings around here love the wet or dry rub options packed with flavor the Buffalo Chicken sandwich is good also and the Buffalo wrap fries and on point and onion rings are hitting love everything I've ate here so far I keep ordering addicted to the dry rub

Not the best BW but not the worst. Server was slightly above average, very polite somewhat attentive. Wings we’re slightly over cooked and the flavor was mediocre. My coworker ordered the house sampler with traditional wings. He got boneless instead. I asked for carrots and celery with my wings, but didn’t get them. Ordered fried pickle appetizer, they were good, cooked properly and came well before entrees.Parking: The parking was somewhat limited unless you’re willing to walk a football field or longer.

Absolutely do not order from this place. They promise delivery, then change it to carryout, never tell you they did, and then hang up on you every time you try to cancel the order. They then admitted they were busy, do not deliver, do not have drivers, and the bartender, the third person to claim they are the manager, told me that I "did not tip." Apparently their "excuse." First I don't have to tip, but I did, $9.00 on a 30.00 order. More than she or any other methmite there spent on toothpaste in a lifetime. And yes everybody was short surly and nasty. Reported this as outright credit card fraud. This place is the Hotel Cortez of restaurants. Order from the Landfill instead, you might get better service and more honest people.

Do not order from this scuzzy methhole. Ordered delivery and tipped 9.00. They changed it to carry out and refused, absolutely refused to deliver it ...and would not CANCEL it. They hung up twice when I asked. Finally I got a woman who claimed to be a manager, when she was really a bartender (her words not mine) but she tried to chide me for "not tipping." She lied. I tipped 9.00 on a 30.00 order and it wasn't good enough for them. They will not refund the tip, or the order. Go to a place where they at least have teeth and a brain...and the willingness to not steal from you. Reported as fraud to my credit card company. This is the location on Edgewood Road in Cedar Rapids.
