Order BOGO boneless wings on and expected a delay because I know it's a very popular night of the week. What I didn't expect was it to take almost 3 hours for 30 wings. Waited until 815pm and still didnt have my food. Absolutely ridiculous. Manager was great and was kind enough to return my money without argument to me and I left because I didn't want to eat here anymore.

I have never eaten here, but drive for DD. Place used to be managed professionally and sometimes there may be a few min wait which is understandable. It has gotten bad the last few months ...as a driver we wait and wait and wait and end up unassigning at our own cost. Time and gas. Based on the staff and the wait, I doubt I would come here to eat on my dime. Too bad

Online order, been waiting over 20 minutes for those who don't want to math. Guy just keeps saying "not my fault the wings aren't ready yet" just overall not fun to go to anymore.

Quick service, pleasant server. Ordered the all American, 10 wings, broasted wedges and onion wings. Price is fair with today's price. TV's keep you entertained. Really the only area that needed attention was the restrooms.

Are waiterWas rude and slow to get are stuff. When she was serving us she had a bad smell like she hadn’t showered in days. She wasn’t very nice to my kids. Wouldn’t suggest getting Brooklyn. But the food was delicious.

This restaurant is absolutely a mess. Every table is full of trash, manager sat us at a wet table (soaked), floor covered in food. Manager was made aware that we had to go to the restroom to get towels to dry our seat and table. She could care less. Her response, "okay".
Dined here a couple of Saturdays ago. A buddy and I went to eat and watch a football game.Got the Chicken Caesar salad. For the price, the portion was extremely small. Server Mike acted like he didn't want to be there. Didn't smile, didn't say anything, was not attentive. It will be a while before I return.

We ordered take out yesterday evening. 30 wings and requested three sauces (on the side). Also ordered two kids chicken tenders with ranch.
$60+ later after tipping we get home to discover we did not receive a single sauce or ranch in our order.
Unsure why it is so difficult to ensure sauces are added to an order... I don't foresee many individuals ordering wings or tenders plain...
Won't be doing that ever again.

Waitress was hit and miss about checking on us. We waited for over 30 minutes to get our check. Had no silverware too and waited awhile to be able to get her to stop at the table to give us silverware and napkins.
