The large order of potato rounds wasn’t full.I ordered two items that should’ve cost five dollars but because I wanted a double I was charged $10… I asked the lady at the checkout window. It would’ve been cheaper if I had just added meat to one of the sandwiches and when I asked her why she didn’t recommend that she said you ordered what you ordered.I did order a single a double, but I would think that the customer service oriented thing to do would be to notify the customer of the better deal not only would it been cheaper to add me I could’ve literally gotten two doubles for only a dollar more but she didn’t tell me that until after I’ve already paid, and she looked super frustrated that I was slowing down her drive-through line, but simply trying to ask a question about how much I was charged and why it was Double what I should have paid for the meal… then I stared at her blank for a few seconds, thinking she might offer to fix the problem, but she didn’t. I thanked her for her time and left. I know it’s Burger King and she’s in a hurry because that’s what she’s trying to do but when I was in fast food if there was a better deal to ring up, we would do it that way and then let the customer know we did it that way, it was just the right thing to do

Absolute worst in Cedar Rapids !Had problems twice in last 6 months & no response.Food & attitudes are absolutely horrible !!Asked for 4 fresh CB's,, & the smart @$$ kid replied,, -''it's always fresh'',, &,,, are you sure you don't want 6 ?I responded ,, ''no it's not'', & I just want 4,, unless yoiu got a deal on 6 of them.He responded laughing,, oh,, that's just a joke around here.Then when I got my food @ the DT,,the kid just staired @ me..Then to top it off,, the ketchup ,cheeze'',, & mustard,, on ''all'' my burgers,,, was sour !!!Submitted a survey on 1/27/24, & still no response as of 2/7/24.Really pissed off about this,, & is total B.S. !!The BK on Blairs Ferry & 380,, is night & day different ''better'' usually.Will ''never'' order from the Edgewood Rd. store ever again,, & was real reluctant to order this time,, because of similar past bad experiances..Obviously the higher ups don't give a $#it or care in anyway !!I

We had to wait for 50 minutes for our food and the counter staff still didn't get our order right. My nephew went inside rather than use the drive-through because the line at the drive-through was backed up. It appeared as if there was sufficient staff present, but they were having trouble getting our order and other customers' orders correct. Definitely NOT a fast food restaurant!
Food was terrible and some blue haired behemoth elephant stomped to the window smelling like dookie. And to top it off she's so fat she forgot to give me my marinara. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Planet fitness is only 10 dollars a month.

The bathrooms are a health hazard as the sewer is an issue. The catch-up was water down, and the buns on the whoppers were all stale. Just don’t be the first one in the door at lunchtime. It may get fresh as the day goes on.!

If ever, there was an epic fail on fast food, Burger King, Cedar Rapids, Iowa score is big on this one! Part of the blame, undoubtedly rest with Uber Eats, a significant portion of this review breast with Burger King itself.The order arrived, cold, and with multiple errors. The only thing frankly, that was right with the order was the drink. The whoppers and cheeseburgers were cold the cheese burgers did not have cheese on them even though they were wrapped and identified cheeseburgers, and I was charging up charge for the cheese that didn’t come with the cheeseburgers. The whoppers like the rest of the food were cold. additionally, the whoppers were ordered no tomato extra onion arrived with tomato and onion both. One has to wonder who pay attention to orders as they come in!When I raise this issue to Uber Eats, they quick fast, and in a hurry point of the finger, back act, Burger King as being the culprit of my bad experience nothing like accepting accountability huh folks?Ironically, Uber Eats touted its own horn, and seriously patted itself on the back because they were three minutes early and delivering my meals. I'm not certain that I would pat myself in the back for an early delivery, but it was this messed up!

If I could give them zero stars I would, this is a never ending situation with extended wait times promises of hot quality food and unfortunately the product is stale or old or even rotten?!.Sometimes you can’t eat healthy and you need something fast on your lunch break, I would highly NOT recommend Burger King on Edgewood?The picture I’m attaching says it all ; not only is the buns stale and there’s hardly any mayonnaise on the sandwich, but the lettuce makes me sick just looking at it…*I waited for everything to be fresh and it was at least 10 minutes, and this is what I end up getting from the cook?!.?It’s sad to say that from now on I guess I’m going to have to look in the bag and go through every item so that I don’t get food poisoning?!.Customer service is at an all time low…product quality is it an all time low…and sadly prices are sky high.Regards#teacher
