Floor was greasy upon entering, almost slipped. Food was cold and greasy, not well made at all. And I didn't get that much at all and my bill was $18! Typical fast food restaurantMaybe if they paid their employees they would care more about what gets served to customers

Went to go through drive thru sat there for almost 10 minutes said hello no acknowledgement from the workers. Called the store was told they had 3 people working they would get to use when they can. Went to leave and literally had 1 customer and 1 employee sitting in the lobby.

I would give this place 8 and a half stars if I could. That double cheeseburger I got was so good. The classic chicken wrap was 10 outta 10 as well. The person running that place really knows what they were doing. I stopped here on my way to a wedding and I couldn't stop telling everybody how good this BK was. I wish it could be magically teleported to the Waterloo area because ours in town suck compared to this one. :D

Went thru the drive thru and asked for nice hot fries. Fries came out hot & crispy (what can I say but YUM!!!) and the Bacon Cheeseburger was as always great with the bacon crispy and done just right, and it came with extra pickles on it as I requested. Service was quick and friendly. Thanks for a great meal and experience!
Came for breakfast food was ohysically cold to the touch. Was told they could microwave it. No offer to make fresh food whatsoever. Very disappointed on the easte of my money.

The drive thru lady was super rude I could hear her because she doesn’t talk loud enough and mumbles so I guess that means be rude to the customer I’ll never be back

Definitely blown away by this BK! Best one in town IMO! The staff is always on point with their customer service and the food is quick, hot, and always amazing! Love being able to see friendly faces in my community that make experiences within the community memorable and a good one! Richie especially… that man is always smiling and making the workspace fun from what you can see, which makes for a nice environment to eat in at!

My go to fast food breakfast place. The crossan'wich is so yummy and at 2 for $5, affordable. I splurge occasionally on the hash rounds as I love how crispy/crunchy they are. Takes a minute in drive through sometimes but seems like that's true everywhere these days
