And let me tell you about the honey butter croissant – it's simply irresistible. You might try to resist, but in the end, you'll succumb to its deliciousness! Very pleasant experience. Had competitive prices . They had a few meal deals that helped our family. Their staff very curious and smiling , and it seemed like they were there. Very professional staff check from to when we left.
Took my family for my dads birthday lunch. Food and service was great and our waitress was excellent too. Always a must go to when in Cedar Rapids.

Everything was fine, except they seated us next to the restrooms in a high traffic area. They did this because five other tables we passed hadn't been bused yet. There were three hostesses who greeted us. Later, I saw that there was one bus boy who ended up cleaning the tables. If the bus boy is busy or on break, why not have one of the employees who are standing around pitch in and help so that the customer can have a better experience?

I come here maybe once or twice a year now I see why.(Update: I was here not too long ago, accompanied with my fiance. It seems like things have kind of improved and hopefully that continues. The food and service was much better.)

There is nothing on the food menu that I really like. All the food is so mediocre. I used to like the chicken pot pie, but the last time I got it, it was so salty I couldn't eat it. Their chicken strips are decent, but anyone can make chicken strips. I just feel they don't have anything on the menu that is out of the ordinary.The two things I DO like at this restaurant is their honey butter croissants, and their Painkiller drink. It is DELICIOUS. However, I went in one night after work to get one, sat at the bar, watched several people walk behind the bar to put orders in at the computer, but no one greeted me and no bartender in sight. After waiting for 10 minutes, I walked out since no one wanted to help me. Kinda don't want to go back.
