The rice wasn't even done man And out of the hundred burritos I've had from Chipotle This by far the worst I ended up throwing this burrito bowl away. I drove 25 minutes for this? Wasted $10

Stopped in to get a burrito to-go. Corn salsa was almost frozen! No matter what location you go to, I feel like chipotles quality has gone down so much in the last couple of years. I used to love it.

Thee worst chipotle by far! First, the sanitary standards are visibly unkept. The grill visibly charred while not being tended to. Food, garbage and debris all over the floors while ironically, the dining area was pretty clean. Secondly, the workers are soooo scarce with the topics such as lettuce and cheese. Meat is one thing to be stangie with, but lettuce?! This guy was sprinkling lettuce and cheese like he was salt bae or something. I literally asked "why are you being like that with lettuce?!" (Because he def was doing it for the attention I gave him). He responded, "it's only supposed to be an ounce of each." No wonder why so many Mexican restaurants exist here in Cedar Rapids. They broke my burrito and instead of just wrapping it again, they doubled up on bread. So much bread that my food wasn't fully covered by the foil before they placed it in the bad. Completely unsanitary. On the positive, The young lady the register was nice. But everything else is the a absolute disaster. Never again.

Usually we love chipotle but this time we ordered to go and realized when we got home that the rice was severely undercooked and ruined the entire bowl. Wasted $25.

I went in at 8pm on 02/28/24 there were three employees helping me and my fiance one was a tall man with blonde hair the other a red head girl and the lady that checked us out was a shorter lady with brown hair and she was older. The man and red head girl were very kind and helpful as well as respectful. The other older lady with brown hair gave HORRIBLE service she was absolutely rude and had no customer service skills when my fiance tried to scan our rewards she snapped at her telling her it wasn’t ready and when I asked for vinaigrette the sweet red head girl asked if she knew and her response was “idk why you are looking at me” then proceeds to go and grab the vinaigrette. To me that seems unnecessarily rude and like a very intense not only dining environment but also work environment. I hope that management will address this woman because I’ve gone in there and interacted with the red head girl multiple times and every time she gives great customer service and I hate to see a great worker be snapped at and treated poorly. When we first walked in and were about to order she also is screaming to the blonde head man “online order first online order first” which I can understand but again I don’t understand being unnecessarily rude and yelling at your co-workers. We did plan to eat our dinner in the restaurant but we were both so frustrated with the experience we decided to leave even forgot to ask for drinks. If I see the brown haired lady again when trying to eat here I will turn around and leave. HORRIBLE customer service.

Very poor experience, they were out of pinto beans at 5pm with no mention of when it would return or no explanation for whybut still I was charged on for very small portions, I did not even mention I wanted it light, worker making the bowl he seemed upset and was making a face and tossed my bowl at the checkout swiftly, perhaps the worker was having a bad day but I did feel like a very hostile atmosphere.

Terrible experience! Came to this Chipolte from out-of-town. VERY poor service. Burritos were extremely small. My daughter’s quesadillas were rock hard! Cooked way too long! If i could give this location zero stars I would. Chipolte… do better. If your workers hate their jobs then quit. But as a paying customer this was the worst $26 dollars I have ever spent!

I went to this chipotle today and got myself a steak bowl to go.While I was eating I found a piece of hair in my food. I went back to the store and showed it to the store manager and was given an option to either refund or have it remade. I opted for a refund.I get that some customers can be annoying and are looking to get free food, but you should not assume every customer is like that and take responsibility for a mistake that happened at your establishment where people pay money for food.To the lady who did the refund for me: If you think I drove all the way back to chipotle for a “free meal,” after taking a 4:00am flight to travel to Iowa for work, where my meals are per diem anyway: You must be out of your mind.While standing at the register waiting for my refund you kept mentioning that there was no one that works there with white hair.I have long black hair. I really hope you are not assuming that I yanked some white hair off of someone or rubbed their face in my food just to come and get a refund for a meal that does not cost me anything out of pocket.I would have been completely fine just showing you the hair so you are aware of the situation and leaving without a refund. Your poor customer service is what led to our negative interaction today.

Food was good, but took 20 minutes for a takeout order. 5 people at the front counter just standing around talking while one person made takeout orders. 5 people were waiting on takeout orders while they were just doing nothing and just talking.

They should be ashamed. It costs $21 to get a steak burrito bowl delivered EVEN WITH FREE DELIVERY and the portions were as inconsistent as ever. The steak had a bunch of those super chewy pieces that you can’t swallow in it. Please make this right. With that price I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a full bowl and a reasonable amount of protein.
