We went in not realizing all the burgers were on sesame seed buns. We have a child that is allergic, and while not so severe he can’t be in the same room, it will make him sick if he eats it. The staff was great about the whole thing and offered him a sandwich made special for him on a hotdog bun. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure he was able to eat the burger he wanted. They also made sure to separate the fries and burgers so not peanut crossover.Dietary restrictions: Peanut and sesame allergy.

Great food, very expensive for a burger but one of the best, and most consistent you will find. Send someone out to clean the tables a bit more often is the biggest improvement I would like to see.

Absolutely love the food. 4 stars for service because they need a "app or online order pickup" area. I shouldn't have to wait to get the food I ordered 20 mins ago until after all the people in line take their time to order at the counter.Kid-friendliness: Free Peanuts!

The first time I went to five guys 13 years ago they always had 12 workers in the back and your cheeseburger was done in a decent time. I love the cheeseburger there however I’d like to predict that the Cedar Rapids location will shut down eventually because everytime I go there there’s no one there and only 2 workers? There’s no drive thru and takes 15-20 minutes to get your order even when it’s not busy. I’ve had better luck at other five guys with more employees. Step it up guys.

Five guys makes good burgers but let's be real, should it cost people that work hard for their money nearly $30 for a couple of burgers, fries, and a drink! The burgers aren't that good. The folks sitting in their ivory towers should pass on a little profit and make the food available at an honest price!
