First time trying order hot dogs came on hogie had to put my own ketchup & mustard on it, cut dog dark edge around dogs both. They can over told I'm not going to eat taste bad all I got for 10.00 is frozen steak fries not many. Won't go back

Went to this spot on a Saturday. Nobody was there. I ordered two Chicago dogs and one order of fries. It was $16.00. I figured they were big dogs and that was the reason for the inflated price. The staff was friendly and the restaurant clean. I got my food in a timely manner. Got home and took a look. To my surprise, they were regular sized hotdogs. Now, they were Chicago dogs with one exception-no celery salt. The fries were steak fries, and it was a small serving. So, it was basically an overpriced double play. Should have not been more than $10.00. The food was good. Just overpriced by $6.00. It was not worth it.

We went to Happy dogs after the new opening because of the Derecho! The staff is super friendly and the food was awesome! Kiddos even enjoyed it! Large portions of food and the burgers and tenderloins were Fantastic! Will go back for sure!
My order came to $20.31 but my card was charged $24.37 with no explanation. Then I ordered the cheese burger add Lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles. I get home and I have a plain cheeseburger. Never again will I eat here. This was my first time and I was very dissatisfied.

I would truly like to support a local business, but I really can't in this case. We ordered burgers and tenderloins. The tenderloin was WAY over seasoned to the point we couldn't eat it. Burgers ordered medium were dry and over cooked. One of the buns was black on the inside, not toasted. There were 8 fries in one box and 7 in another. Are they even trying?It was over $70 for 4 meals and 2 apps. Not worth the price.

Awesome Awesome Awesome! Had the Bacon wrapped dog with coleslaw, pickles as toppings. Best Hot Dog I have ever tasted and barely had room for it all. Give it shot, you won't regret it. Friendly service as well. Located on 16th Street SW in Cedar Rapids. Happy Dogs lived up to it's reputation as the best of the best:)
