They consistently short us on the egg portion of breakfast biscuits, and that’s all I really liked there. Included a screenshot of the item on their website, what they actually gave us, and proof of purchase and location.

I remember why I don't go to Hardee's frequently ... don't care for the buns. And why is it difficult to put together a sandwich straight? So many times, no matter where I go, sandwiches are not stacked neatly.

This place is a disaster. There's signs posted inside and outside, with wonderful information about how they are doing their best to protect everyone by wearing masks and gloves, and requiring that all visitors wear masks that cover the nose and mouth... I went inside to order takeout, and NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE WEARING MASKS, AND SOME WERE NOT EVEN WEARING GLOVES. I took a couple pictures of the irony, got my food and left. I was pulling out the driveway when THE MANAGER came running out to my vehicle, yelling at me for taking pictures in their restaurant, and ranting on about how it's illegal to take pictures on their property, blah, blah, blah... I just rolled up my window and drove away. Thanks Karen. I'm amazed that someone with such amazing "customer service" was ever hired as a manger of a restaurant.

waited a long time in line then when I got to the speaker the person said I will be with you in a moment. I waited 5 minutes or more than I said hello they said i will be with you in a moment i ordered and i waited at the window for my order when i got it it was missing 2 sandwiches so I had to wait some more. I spent over 30 minutes total! I have worked fast food for over 23 years it was totally unacceptable. if they can't staff their store than they need to shut the doors

Good quick food. Keeps getting better
