The establishment was clean but the only problem i have was that the server wasn’t really serving us the best. She had come back to check on us but forgot to ask for any refills so i had my whole meal without a drink. Also she handed the ticket while we were eating as if she was saying it’s time for you guys to go. We felt a little rushed. I don’t like implying race into anything but i saw her treat other guest who were of a lighter color then us just a tad bit better. I know being server can be stressful but at the same time if doesn’t meant you can’t treat people different.

The restaurant was clean, warm and quiet. Very inviting hostess greeted us at the door and immediately knew what size table we needed seating for. Wait staff, José, was wo derful amd very attentive to needs like drinks and food requests for specifically prepared items. All food had a glorious presentation, was perfect in temperature upon being served. Hot enough the heat lasted the entire time we ate and cool enough it didn't burn anyone's tongue. Portion sizes were excellent to the point of not only filling,but we had so.e delicious left overs to take home. Price was very affordable for a family of 5 being served,and we have some hearty appetites! Highly recommend to everyone wanting a breakfast meal at any time of day. So no matter what time you call it breakfast THIS is the place to go! Special Note the blue raspberry lemonade is absolutely as delicious and refreshing as it looks!! Our compliments ts to the CHEF and Staff at IHOP!!

I got the cinnamon bun crepes absolutely perfect, didn’t know there were onions in the mix for the quesadilla we got but they were so kind about getting us something else and giving the quesadilla to us for free! Edwin is the most amazing waiter joyful and full of personality gives a lot of pizzazz to the place!:)

THEY CHARGE FOR REFILLS ugh this makes me upset any other place would let you get free refills and the people working in this place have no idea what they are doing and the tables are sticky I asked someone to wipe it down but they did it with a damp cloth the table was still sticky bad experience used to be better 1
