Jersey Mike's is the best! Our only frustration was that there are 2 locations on Edgewood Road. One on NE Edgewood and one on SW Edgewood and my sister and I went to opposite ones, confused why the other was saying "I'm standing inside" and "I'm literally standing outside looking in and there's not a single person in there..."

Stopped in for the first time. Staff not very friendly. Felt like I was imposing on their time.
L o, l, where do I start? Told my son to watch out for girl putting on toppings. She was putting on excessive amounts of oil & vinegar cups of juice on every sandwich. After i Is warned him about her, he said easy on the juice. So sassy leaked in my car and he didn't want to eat it because of the taste She literally loaded it up with a cup of oil and a cup of vinegar. Made it to the register where the cashier told me there was milk for kids. Paid for chips and milk. She gives me a fountain cup. I ask where is the milk? Then she looks at me like I was stupid. I said I wanted milk with the kids meal like I told you. Then she says you can have the chips for free. But I'll take back the drink. I laughed This was after I paid for it. Don't try to take stuff you upsell after trickery.12-17-23 @1:25 pm
