I use to go here all the time and the food was great. However, I made a recent visit and they have changed their product. The fries definitely aren’t the same and the chicken strips they now have are horrible. Wish they would go back to how things were.

The food was good, but the service was awesome. Connie makes me want to go back. She has a quick "Hi" or "Hello Come on in" to the next person that walks in the door, and she does it with a big smile on her face every time. She never stops moving; she is always taking care of a customer or she is cleaning something. She takes great pride in her work.In my opinion, Ms Connie is a wonderful front person for Joensy's Restaurant.

So not worth the price. The food was way over cooked .the counter was dirty and sticky so we're the tables.the only good part was at least the food was hot.the young lady behind the counter was a space case and on her phone 95 percent of the time and was playing with her hair alot and brought are food.and looked liked she hadn't slept in days miss the one in center point iowa

Always love coming to visit home and eat a tenderloin! Came home to visit and came in and the tenderloin was delicious and Bonnie was extremely personable and friendly today!!!! Loved it! There are some hygienic/regular clean up with oil/grease/people that could be done but I won’t deduct stars for that. I just hope the owner or manager will work on that after reading the review! Thanks for the awesome food and experience today!

Went in with the family today and before we ordered we walked back out. Waitress was on her cell phone yelling while pacing all over the place and picking at her scab incrusted face. The place smelled like rancid old fryer oil. The tables were sticky as well as the floor. Please whoever owns this place get the waitress some help. She is not OK.

Tenderloin was average.Girl working the counter was not very engaging, to say the leastThen we get home with our order and found that she forgot the ranch dressing for the salad we ordered. So I went back to get it, she was out front with her boyfriend. I went on inside to get the missing dressing, no one was there to help, phone was ringing off the hook, customers waiting for service. I went back outside to ask her to get the dressing, and she begrudgingly came back inside to get the missing item and returned right back to her personal matters leaving the customers inside hanging and the phone ringing. I tried to call on my return trip home to let someone know of my experience, but it only rang and rang, no one ever picked up.This is know way to operate a business!!!!

The gal working the front was more interested in talking to a friend on her phone and acted like we put her out by going there. She was talking very loud on her phone and didn't check back after we got our food to see if everything was alright. This will kill patronage faster than anything else.
