Unfortunately, after speaking with the manager they don’t honor their advertised prices for $1.00 tacos when you carry out on Tuesday, like they did previously.That aside, we waited 30 min for our order of 10 tacos. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican, keep looking. It didn’t seem like there was any spice in the beef taco and it was pretty small portions (see pics).I can’t believe I’m saying this…Taco Bell would have been tastier and less expensive ($30 for 10 tacos)

Other than the long wait after ordering everything was fantastic.Very nice decor and clean throughout.Hit happy hour for the 2 for 1 drink special...very good margaritas that were compt because of the extra long wait for our food to arrive.Steak Tacos were very hot and deeeeelicious according to the Mrs.The Cantina Skillet Pollo was a good sized portion with steak, chicken, shrimp, chorizo, onions and peppers...alot for your money and very good!We'll definitely be back again and hopefully they won't lose our order again.

We have been looking for a good Mexican restaurant and found it in La Cantina!! We live an hour away but we will be back for sure!
We have sooo many Mexican restraints her in town, but none that are authentic Mexican food and service. I had the Chimi and it was absolurely scrumptous...THE BEST IN TOWN!!! I say to others, you've gotta try these LaCantina's in C.R., Marion and Center Point because you certainly will not be dissappointed!!!
Good, fresh tasting food and a convenient pickup system. Many say they have the best fajitas in town so we always get one order of those. Queso is good - order a large if you want more than a single serving.

Excellent food but our waitress was extremely slow!! Took forever to get our food, refills etc. she only checked on us once for refills and those took over 10 minutes to get! waited over 40 minutes for our food when the restaurant wasn’t even busy and over 15 minutes just to get our check so we could pay to leave!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!Update: this was at the Edgewood road location in cedar rapids
Nice Mexican restaurant with good happy hour. The employees are awesome!! The management is awesome! The food is good. They do also have some "American" food such as burgers and wings. I haven't tried those sine I go to Mexican restaurants for Mexican food.

I usually go to Fiesta in North Liberty for Mexican. I was on the north side of CR and I thought why not give this place a try. Food was good, but I prefer Fiesta. Service was okay. Waitress was nice but never came back to check and see how the meal was or if we needed a refill on our drinks. If I am on the north side of town and want Mexican food, I would stop in again but it won't be my new go to.Parking: Lots of parking and well lit.
