The food and beer were good. I had the bridge burger and my wife had the chicken salad sandwich. The problem was the service. I think they may have let the server go home early and the bar tender took care of us. He was friendly and charming but never brought napkins or silverware or water to the table. We had to get it ourselves at the servers station we found on our own. Then he never came back to the table with a check. We had to go up to the bar and ask for it. We could easily have walked out without paying because he was chatting up friends behind the bar. We would NEVER do that, but someone out there would have. Saturday night. Really?!

Very good beer!!! Service is slow sometimes, but everyone is very nice and welcoming. Only had appetizers but thought they were good. It is our favorite brewery in the CR area!

The beer is good (I got the IPA) but the food was ok. Not sure if it was the burger I picked but nothing to write home about. Friendly staff and all

I was at the restaurant a couple hours ago for Disney trivia night and right as I walked in I knew it was going to be a good experience. The staff was super nice and chill and good people to talk to. I ordered a house margarita and chicken strip basket and both my drink and my food was amazing. My friend got a French fry basket with ranch, and I am not a ranch person, but I tried some of hers and ended up getting a cup of ranch for myself because it was that damn good. Overall I would definitely rate my experience at Lion Bridge a 10/10. I will most definitely be eating there again sometime soon

I went to lion bridge for dinner and waited over an hour for my food. My server payed very little attention to my table and did not check up on us. The food was very mediocre and there were crazy up charges for things like ranch and fries. I would not recommend lion bridge if you want to have an enjoyable evening.

Service was really slow and when I got my food it was cold

Had a large group gathering there approximately 30 people. They had enough staff to efficiently handle us with just normal dailys for food preparation. We did reserve tables so they knew approximately how many people would be attending the event. As we set down in did take a few minutes before anyone came over to take our drink orders buy after that i thought the service was great. We where apparently a day early because they didn't have their monthly beer available yet. Seattled for the czech dark lager and it hit the spot. For food had some pretzel rolls to start off and then the bacon hamburger for the main dish. Both items where wonderful though i forgot to capture them in pictures. There is a large area for outdoor seating but since this visit was in January nobody wanted to be outside in the cold.

I give it 3 stars because of the beer. My husband and I have been their customers for a year now, almost every weekend we went there because we like their beer so much.Yesterday I had the most horrible experience, I ordered a veggie burger and they gave me beef. It was disgusting and I immediately went to vomit and then left the place.I will never go back to this restaurant again, they are not taking care of the orders

It’s a good place to meet with friends and hang out. Interesting beer flavors.

***After my post, Lion Bridge's response to my friend's (Raven S) post changed. I would have never posted if not for the initial response to my friend's post which was filled with untruths, condescending and disrespectful. Lion Bridge's reply to me continues to engage in a false narrative. We did ask TWICE, the waitress and manager, if we could have the cheese warmed up and both the waitress and manager said no. The manager did not offer for the kitchen to warm up the beer cheese and refused when my friend asked her if they could just warm it up in the microwave. My frustration is not over if the beer cheese could be warmed up or not, but with the lack of customer service and following untruths. Not once did the waitress or manager offer to warm up the beer cheese. If there is a hard line of not warming up the beer cheese, that would have been fine, but offer the customer another option. We did voice our dissatisfaction, twice. We asked for the check because we were hungry and ready to leave to get food somewhere else. I was polite when I left because that is who I am. Again, the waitress and manager had every opportunity to provide great customer service. Yes, this time you missed the mark.Response Raven S reviews and Lion Bridge response. I meet my friend Raven S at Lion Bridge today. She was seated at a table when I arrived with no menus. She told me she had been waiting and the employees were at the bar talking. A minute after I sat down, a waitress approached with menus. We ordered the pretzel bites and beer cheese. The beer cheese was cold and we asked our waitress if this was normal as I have NEVER had beer cheese cold before. She did not know and went back to the kitchen and came back confirmed it should be cold. We asked if they could warm the cheese up, which we were told no. We asked to speak to the manager. She came over and explained that the beer cheese was served cold as is custom in Germany. I have never been to Germany and this was new to me. My friend asked if they could warm it up and the manager told she told us "no, that would be cultural appropriation". Not once did either the server or manager ask us if we would like something else instead. Lion Bridge's response to Raven S was condescending and filled with untruths. (FYI...If we wanted nacho cheese, we would have gone out for Mexican.) I was the one who choose Lion Bridge and was excited to try a small business in my community. Our whole experience could have turned out differently as we treated you all with respect and understanding, unfortunately, you did not do the same.

Great spot even if you're underage or don't enjoy beer! Tons of vegetarian and vegan options. Love the vegetarian witwer and NA light beer.

I'm shocked by my experience here. I sat down and saw the workers all talking behind the bar. Took awhile to be greeted. I asked for a water and they said I had to get it myself from their water pitcher in the back corner. Okay... we ordered the pretzels and beer cheese. We get them and the tiny ramaken has fridge cold cheese it in. I suppose we assumed it would be hot beer cheese. We asked them if they would warm it up and they said no. We asked for a manager, she confirmed they wouldn't warm up the cheese. We said we would head somewhere else and they brought us the $8 bill.

I never leave reviews but was driving through Iowa solo after dropping my kid off at colege in and decided to stop by Czech Village because it is my heritage. I am a beer guy and love trying small breweries so was happy to see this on my way to the museum. I stopped in and it was pretty busy but there was room at the bar so I sat there. The bartendress was a doll and made time to make conversation with everyone even though she was busy with a full bar. She had long golden hair in a ponytail and made my stay a 10/10. There was a young server with shorter light blonde hair in a ponytail that kept coming to the bar to ask the bartendress common sense questions in the middle of our conversation which was kind of annoying but she is probably new. We had a great conversation and she recommended some of the best beers I ever had based on what I told her I usualy like. She was very knoelwedgable about the menu and their ingredients and a great sales person. I bought a couple of cans to take back to Florida with me to share with my wife. I will for sure be back in January for my birthday when they have their barrel aged stuff. I got their past kitchen close so didn’t get to try food. I would be very interested in a brewery tour if you do them.
