Try to call a pick up order in and the phone Kept. ringing and ringing. So we drove here and notice. It wasn't even busy and no one's answering the phone.

Food always great. Some employees not so much, but most have a Friendly attitude. They messed up my order the last time i went there, but they made up for it by adding extra food, awesome. Will keep buying pizza from here!!!
My pizza ordered for pickup from the portal sent a message saying it couldn’t use the portal. I went in, and after waiting 5 minutes for the line to move and the cashier to assist anyone I walked up, and told her that the app says my pizza is ready. She still just stood there and said nothing. The guy in the back was saying names of orders that were ready, and the cashier just stood there. Did not check my order or anything. Finally I got the attention of the guy cutting up the pizzas and told him. He confirmed my pizza and gave it to me. The cashier was still standing there as I left, still not helping anyone. She did not say anything the entire time I was there. That cashier needs to be re-trained or fired. Horrible service. I got a drink a block away at the gas station, and went to take a bite of the pizza, and it was already cold.

Poor communication by text. Said it wouldn't fit in the portal. Then crammed my order in the portal. Pain in the butt to get it out. Then the order was complete. Employees acted like I was crazy. And it was just a bad experience. Food wasn't too bad but I didn't receive my whole order either.

I was in the store on November 21 at 5:52pm. I ordered a sausage, peperoni, and cheese bread pizza. I was told the wait would be 10 minutes. I left the store at 6:35 when I received my order. I understood Little Caesars was ran by former Military. I don't know of any military that would run a store like this. They increase their wait time to 12 minutes and still not delivering saying they were short handed. If you are short handed, call more people in. In addition, you should not lie to your customers. One customer waited an hour and a half. they was told they had no order. The customer said they weren't given a receipt and the response was we don't always give receipts. I will not be back. I could have went to Papa Murphy's, saved money and went home and backed them well before I left your store.

Employees were busting their butts, but the system there is broken. Haven't been in a while and wasn't sure where to pickup my pizza and ended up waiting 35 mins in the lobby without needing to. I had a code for the pickup box but I assumed they were behind because they were busy but my pizza was in a different place. Very frustrating.
Very kind staff their machines were broke so they gave us the bread sticks for free (we did wait a little while) but still an awesome gesture that ensured our comeback
