Also the lady working had grossly long fingernails and i saw her put em’ all up over my fish. Unfortunately there’s no better place if you have nothing left to lose or are looking for a fistfight in the parking lot. The grey lighting makes me feel like dracula’s chasing me. I never trust the guy just hanging out in the corner doing a puzzle. Anyway good place to munch up if you gotta but there’s definitely better places to eat

Was just left at window for about twenty minutes. Got out walk to front of building and knock on windows. One lady was sitting on her phone and a guy was mopping lobby with ear phones in his ear I'm assuming that's why he couldn't hear me knocking on windows to get my food.

We ordered one meal tonight. We were in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of us for over 35 minutes. When we drove away to eat , we realized they left out the drink, cole slaw, extra crispies and tartar sauce. There were 5 more cars at the drive up by then, and we didn't have time to start again. We were very upset. drove back, went inside, gave them back the food and "got a refund". They just had 1 cook. They said they did not write half our order down so "it was not their fault". They only refunded about half the price. This place has good food but the worst service and attitude. They deserve to go under.
