We had a beautiful wedding reception there. The service and food were wonderful. They had said they would put the mints out for us, but when we got there, they weren't out. It was fine, we took care of it. But the room accommodated our crowd perfectly and we used the dance floor. The bride and groom got a special suite and guests didn't have to drive, most of us spent the night.

Super friendly front desk staff. Very comfortable room with all proper amenities, i.e. plenty of towels (other hotels we’ve stayed in lately seem to be giving TWO towels?). Nice updated decor. Didn’t take advantage of the breakfast or fitness center so can’t comment on that.

When I got to my room, there were stains on the sheets and a blood splatter on the bathroom door. I complained and they changed me to another room, which also had stains on the sheets. $95/night for this?! I canceled my reservation and booked at the Avid Hotel by the airport for $118/night. My room there was exceptionally clean and I had a wonderful stay.

This hotel was great for the kids, with a pool/hot tub and sauna, and games in the atrium. The main drawback was I found it impossible to rinse it my hair in the shower. They have eco showerheads with terrible water pressure no matter what setting you use. The shower is also weirdly shaped, like on a cruise ship with sloping sides and nowhere to put soap or shampoo bottles. This was a regular 2 queen room. The pictures of a nice big tiles shower must be suites.

We had an exceptional experience here. It started with manager Doug upgrading our room given some walking issues and honoring our price. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. It was close to the pool which was no problem on a week night. The pool was at a warm temperature for swimming which was a nice change from most hotels that keep it too cold. Breakfast was better than most with a very spacious eating area. The street address actually starts in the plaza in case your GPS takes you there.

Stayed for a baseball tourney. Boys had plenty of space to hang out and the pool area bar was great for the parents. The pool was clean and the games in the atrium were entertaining. The hotel has a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

This hotel is awful. Walked into room and poop stains on toilet. Called to let them know and they said that they would let a manager know when they can. That was about it. Nobody followed up. No one came to clean the room. Been here for almost 5 days and left garbage outside my door the second day. By the fourth day, the garbage still wasn’t picked up from in front of my door. Even though housekeeping was walking back-and-forth, I saw their carts. Hair all around tub. Bartender is in the worst mood ever. She was rolling her eyes when she saw me sit down. Windows all over are covered in bird poop in atrium. Doesn’t seem like anyone cares about this hotel or anyone that’s staying here. Jacked up prices to $100 more than what’s said online due to us being on a tournament. That’s fine but at least acknowledge us. Called to speak to a manager there’s not one on site.

When we first pulled up to this hotel it looked like an abandoned hotel from the 80’s I wish I could tell you otherwise but it was actually kind of funny. Then when you walk in the lobby I thought oh this is actually sort of nice. They have breakfast and some nice furniture and tvs everywhere. Then when we head over to a SEPARATE building that has bugs inside of it and looks horrendous we check in our room. It smells like weed. The pull out couch has bugs on it and the bathroom shower head is moldy. Honestly I would rather sleep in a motel 6 or honestly anything else. We left so quick. Other then the pool witch is big and the lobby it looks like and smells like a abandoned hotel from the 60’s.

The pool closed early which was disappointing. The bartender was rude. The breakfast staff were not very friendly. The tables were not cleaned off and beverage and food items were not refilled. I understand that a group of boys who had a baseball tournament that weekend were being unruly in the pool area but instead of closing the pool early their parents should have been asked to keep them under control or remove them from the pool. Not fair to your other paying guest.

Family friendly. Excellent breakfast with assorted options and quality food. Nice pool hot tub and giant fitness center. A few games for entertainment too. Close to major roads and dinner options. Would go again.

Be careful when choosing this location for a couple reasons. Most of the offerings are closed most days of the weeks, ie hotel bar only open Friday evening and Mgr said they do not like to open it up on Saturdays. On Friday is open from 4 pm to maybe 8 pm. They have a great area with pool table, video games and a pool area BUT at 7:15 pm it needs to be silent otherwise warned. We watched staff tell a teenage girl's birthday party to keep it down after signing Happy Birthday at 7:15... another group was eating pizza and opening presents when the same staff came by to tell them too loud at 8:15 pm, they decided to leave. I did let the owner know the next day when they sent message asking how was the stay, response was, "It is unfortunate when staff have to step into their parents role." I would consider staying elsewhere unless only stopping to sleep for the night.

Dont do it. Go elsewhere, or you will regret it. This place has gone downhill and the owners are money grabbers who dont care about you or your stay.

We decided to stay overnight here to break up the 8 hour drive back from Wisconsin. The room with 2 Queen beds was pretty standard but nice - decent mattress, plenty of pillows, mini fridge...The complimentary breakfast was fine quality of food-wise, but had fewer offerings/options than many of the similarly priced hotels I've stayed at. There was a waffle station, scrambled eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, dry cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee, white milk, and juice.I will caution that if you stay in the main hotel area and not the "pool view" area, it is quite a trek to the pool and breakfast area. We had to go up three floors, walk the full length of the hotel, and then cross the skywalk to get there. If you have mobility issues or little kids it's a good idea to pay the extra money for a much closer room. The pool/bar/rec area where breakfast is served is really nice. Pool table, darts, Foosball, and video games keep the kids busy while you have a drink at the bar.I have 2 complaints. 1 - the hot tub was the temperature I made my kids bath water when they were little (and no I'm not a sadist.) 2 - the steakhouse they still advertise as their on-site restaurant has been closed for over two years. They have frozen pizza, wings, and burgers available at the bar but that's it.
