Very busy store to the point they didn't have someone at the cashier counter long enough we almost left without collecting our order. Half the restaurant tables needed cleaning, but we found an area with a few clean booths at least. Serving sizes were pretty small but okay for the price paid. Soft drink fountain was out of order and the raspberry drinks my kids wanted we didn't get as that machine was out of order too. Kids and I were happy and full at the end of our meals at least. Having worked in a busy food store before I understand it gets busy and it is hard to keep up with everything, but it's not impossible to do. A little maintenance on those machines and better dining area upkeep could bring this McDonald's up to a 4th star. More service at the register and an additional working kiosk couldn't hurt as the one there had one side working and the other side not working at all.

Just tried going through this drive-thru to get a number 7 to sausage burrito breakfast combo. Literally clarified twice that I wanted the meal. My total comes to $10.43 because she rings everything in individually so I get to the first window and asked the gentleman why am I being charged for everything individually..he argues with me that that's how I said it which I didn't and then proceeds to say what do you want me to do about it?!? How hard is it to understand that I got a meal and ring it as a meal for the 7.49 instead of 10.50?!??Worst customer service I've ever experienced and clearly I just left without breakfast.

I needed to do a quick drive through order to go work on a house. I ordered for my husband, daughter and myself. I ordered the two cheeseburger meal and they only gave me one. I called and yes they replaced it. But I had to tell them I would like to eat the part of my meal I did get so it didn't get cold. Then because I had to go pick up something things I had to eat the second sandwich that I had to drive a couple miles to get in the car. So yes they did give me my second cheeseburger but I should NOT have to make two trips to eat my meal. This is the second time I have had McDonald's in a year due to they NEVER get it right. The last time we had McDonald's on the other side of town they gave my husband the complete wrong sandwich then when they did give him the right sandwich the meat was raw and still cold. We have had another McDonald's that the meat was missing on the cheeseburger. So this is just a few of the times we have had horrible service at mc Donald's. Hence the reason we go maybe 2 a year and only because they are in the area we need a quick dinner

This place has gone downhill over the years. It should not take 20 minutes to get food. While I was waiting for my food I saw 4 other customers come and wait to order, when no one acknowledged them after 15 minutes they all left.Their focus was on deliveries vs helping the customers in the store. If they don’t have the staff to take care of their customers they should not be doing delivery.Also, on numerous occasions the manager is barking out orders yelling at the staff and they wonder why no one wants to work here

Went to eat the ceiling was flooded had water pouring from outlets the manager Dakota was told to just tuff it out use trash bags to control the flow of water .... Thire is an obvious health issue with that I have video Prof of the water.. problem is it's above food and the water coming out of the

Dirty, out of everything, ceiling tiles falling down. With my order the manager tried to hand me an oj someone left behind that had been on counter the full time I was there. He was also cursing to staff that he need things.

Ordered a medium frozen sprite lemonade and a medium iced mocha. At first the kiosk did not give me a receipt, the clerk behind the counter finally asked what I was waiting for, then was given a small frozen sprite. When I asked if this was a medium, she stepped away, then came back and said yes...the frozen and the McCafe were smaller than other drinks, however the iced mocha came in a medium cup and the frozen sprite came in a small. None of the employees seemed too eager to help anyone.

It was great to sit down and simply enjoy the breakfast sandwiches and excellent environment!!!Parking: Perfect in terms of getting in and out. This is a great McDonalds!!
food is food, it remains ediblethe people here seem to struggle with following instructions, so ALWAYS double check your order if you go here, i've had to go back as much as 4 times to get my food correct at which point they just remade my entire order for me which was nice lol
