This place is a new favorite of mine. Their staff is friendly and awesome! Their food is delicious and there is never a wait. They have great queso, too! I will definitely be going back often!

Burrito was good. Not ground breaking or anything. You get what you expect. I do not recommend the queso. It has a good cheesy flavor but that's it, it's very one dimensional not worth it. The choice of sauces though is where this is better than the other chains imo. Similar to a sandwich shop they have a good selection of additional sauces you can add, and they add much needed flavor and moisture.Vegetarian options: The tofu burrito was way more balanced than I thought it would. Due to the mass flavoring of the other items and sauces the tofu does feel like a normal protein item texturally. I very much enjoyed the tofu burrito and I normally eat meat

Food is good but workers are terrible, attitudes are terrible, from management down to team leads. Most of the regular workers are alright or good. But management and team leads/shift leads leave a lot to be desired. They make their own inane rules on coupons and when you read the terms and conditions of the said coupon/deal/reward/etc they just say well thats what my manager said. Or if it's the manager talking "that's what my boss said" so either the boss themselves just makes his own rules and doesn't honor franchise deals/rewards/coupons/ etc or the manager just doesn't want to/refuses to do work. I've visited several times using only morles official app rewards, coupons and deals and they will make inane rules like well these only apply to this bowl, or recently Tmobile Tuesday had a coupon you could claim before 12/10 and use any time and they said we'll only accept it on Tuesdays even though the coupon states it's valid anytime as long as it's claimed by 12/10 which is a Sunday this year. I've given them several tries and attempts always going in being professional and neutral/kind never rude yelling or anything of the sort. This is even the first time I just left and didn't get food anyways as it was too unbelievable that they wouldn't accept the coupon with no rules stating only usable on a Tuesday. Don't go here. Try other restaurants with better food customer service and workers.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all. Workers are rude, mean, and don't even smile once when interacting with anybody.

Please just go to Pancheros, it’s just better. Pancheros is cheaper, way more flavor, fresh pressed non bagged burritos, and chips are better. There is a salsa bar but the cups are so small that your better off dumping it on the paper. $30 for 2 people was okay but not great. Usually $5 less and way more flavor at Pancheros. At least 1 of the guys that helped was nice. But really just go to Pancheros

Stopped in for a quick lunch. I had chicken tacos soft shell. The chicken I thought was a bit salty. My husband built a pork burrito and loved it. Service was great, cleanliness could have used a sweeping as it was 2 pm and after lunch rush. The different salsas bar is always fun.

These folks are amazing! We usually have a big order on Saturdays and they never complain. The food is fresh, and everything is there with names on it. Makes it easier to hand off that way.

Nachos are such a rip-off! All meals get free chips. The nachos is chips, the same meat as about 1 to 1.5 tacos and fixings of maybe 1 to 1.5 tacos. Then they give you about $2.00 in queso the price is the same as 3 tacos. Skip the nachos. Also - why are we asked to tip when there is no wait staff? You don't tip before you eat food or for the honor of carrying your own food to your table and cleaning up after yourself.
