My favorite place to go for drinks and apps with my girlfriends. The mussels appetizer is SO FREAKING GOOD- the sauce that the mussels are in is one of the most delicious things I’ve ever had. Excited to try more of the menu!

My husband and I could smell the deliciousness when driving by and just had to stop in and give it a try. So glad we did! The food and service was amazing! We both got burgers with the pub chips (which are potato wedges). Sound simple but man did they blow every other upscale burger and fries out of the water! Our waitress was very nice, informative and johnny on the spot. We will definitely visit here again!

Very cool, Irish Pub. The decor was very neat and added to the experience as a whole. My husband had Shepherd's Pie, and I had an Avocado Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich with pub chips, and everything was very good. I was told it was perfect comfort food on a chilly evening. The potatoes on the top looked wonderful and I was told the gravy was perfect. My sandwich was on a ciabatta bread, and it was fresh and the pub chips were covered in a batter and fried which were very tasty. The waitress was very nice and didn't feel rushed to leave when our group finished eating. My only complaint was the lemonade. It seemed to contain more water than lemonade flavoring.

The Ole Brick House is undeniably among the upper echelon of Iowan restaurants. With a Sunday special that can't be beat and entree's overloaded with food I always have to take some extras home. As an Irish pub, the ambience is cozy and inviting with memorabilia from Ireland and old fashion advertising strewn about. The staff are always friendly and attentive ensuring my drink is full and that I'm enjoying my food. And while I don't personally drink my fellow patrons rave about the mules and old fashions. This establishment definitely deserves the title as Best Restaurant in Cedar Rapids but know there are indeed some fellow heavy hitters

It's a beautiful venue... but I called ahead for carry out today at 4:30 to pick up at 5:15. I work nights so this sounded like a great way to try a new restaurant in my neighborhood. I got to the bar and they asked if they could help me and I said I was there to pick up my carryout... They called me by name and said, she pointed at my ticket with my order and said they didn't put the order in. She said I would be able to get it in about 15 minutes and I wasn't going to make it to work on time if I were to wait for the order that I had put in over 45 minutes before I arrived. All she offered was a, "I'm sorry." Not a good introduction.

Went for Valentine's day dinner, got there at 7pm, and we didn't receive our food till 8:10pm. The folks who arrived after us got there food and to go bags before we even received our food. The food was ok, but not for the prices. And and when we checked out, they automatically selected the 20% tip option. Which I felt was not deserved. Will not be returning

Felt like we went to Ireland. The food was delicious. The stuffed salmon was fantastic. I also tried the ruban wontons. Those were an unexpected delight. Our waiter was the best. He was outstanding. Will return. Can't recommend it enough.
Stars should be 4.5s except for food. It gets very crowded very quickly on a Friday night. Friday afternoon, lunch time, not so crowded. Food is still excellent.Parking: At Lindale Mall.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
Delightful lunch, excellent Irish stew, sandwiches are very large, could share easily. Irish coffee very tasty! Very nice decor. Highly recommend trying this out.
