ALWAYS out of the BROWNIE BITS. One would think that if they are ALWAYS out of a topping, they would order a larger supply or more often. But, No ... they don't. Not going in there again. Very disappointed every time. And they are WAY OVER PRICED!

I haven’t been to an OL is years. It’s just like how I remembered it. The yogurt and toppings were so good. Decided to try their Boba and I might have to stop in more for that.

Last year I got a fruit smoothie and loved it. Full of fruity flavor. I just stopped today to get another since I needed a pick me up and was severely disappointed. Couldn’t taste mango at all and it was mostly ice. Paying $7 for a fruit shake is worth it when it’s full of fruit but not when it’s mostly ice. Instead of a pick me up it was just more sadness in a day of fail. It’s not even worth drinking

The flavors seem to stay the same with very little change. While customers are treated well I've noticed the staff, especially the younger females, are treated very poorly. Sexual harassment is ignored and those that stick up for themselves are pushed to quit. Sad that the owners encourage this behavior by management. Ideas on how to make the store run more efficiently are discouraged and the employees reprimanded. I recommend another location, any other location, not owned by this couple.

I was going to only give one star, but out of 2 times I placed an order, they were very good the first order I placed... My rationale for leaving the feedback was the lack of any respect for the customer. On 11/4/2022 I placed an order to pickup. When I got there (Takes about 25 minutes), they said they have a 1/3 of my order. Then consistently ignored me because the two employees were too busy talking about a phone conversion that one had with a friend.Why not tell the customer the order cannot be completed. I almost want to dispute the charge on my credit card because the two young ladies where too busy to speak to me. Granted, I will not hold that against them as they were very young (looked like high school kids), but I still was disrespected.I had a job in high school, I always respected the customer. But, alas, times have changes, not so much in a good way.Anyways, I am very disappointed after my second visit, and will NEVER do business with them again.---I order from various places, but I left an response because the staff lacked respect for customers. Again, I work at XYZ, and I need to make orders for XYZ, but my last interaction, I will not.I'm not sure what details you want from me, but I really want to respond. I will list the issues:1) The two women/girls.. Pretty much ignored me. Also, failed to tell me anything about the order.... like, for example, "Sorry sir, we were unable to complete the full order". As soon as I was handed the order, I knew it was not complete.2) After I determined the order was wrong, a double insult, I was told to call ABC, its not my problem. Yeah, probably that was not the best response.Hey look. In the ratings, I gave you two stars because the first time I ordered went well. The second interview, I was insulted, had to waste time, and was irritated (time is money). I don't own a business, but I imagine the customer would be important.From my experience at my last visit, the customer seems to be a irrelevant factor.
