I am not one to complain much as I work in food service but I felt I should make a review about this. I went in on March 26 around 8pm. As I was checking out, the cashier was on her phone the whole time. Very rude service.

Been here a couple of times and depending on the staff you can have a mixed experience. For froyo self server it's easy. Get what you want, pay, and your good. The couple of times I go for smoothies / shakes and it's a bit more of a hassle due to the toppings needing to be separated per their process. They have a hard time being consistent with the number of toppings your allowed in a smoothie / shake. Once it was a hard 4 limit other times it was a 2 limit and then another visit it was 3. They need to add signage for those types of rules. Also note the smoothies / shakes have premade combinations I have been told but there is no visible list. More signage would help with this issue since the staff can be hit or miss. Sometimes they greet you and try to tell you what to do and other times they just stand around in the back and wait for you to be ready.Otherwise good selection of froyo and toppings. They keep them pretty well stocked the last couple of times I have been there.Newcomers ask the staff if you want information because they some times assume you know what to do and how they price without any signs.

Great all around clean frozen yogurt place. Wonderful flavors of yogurt and a nice assortment of toppings. Pleasant staff as well.

We went to the store for the 5 dollar fill up and the person who checked us out decided to say something to one of the people in my party about how much is in the bowl then someone calls to let them know that it is not ok to say things like that to people then the people who are working decided to start talking about how they bet that we will call corporate about the issue and proceeded to make fun of the person on the phone about the issue it is very unprofessional and ridiculous that they will sit here and make fun of someone while at work and working Signed, A very very unhappy customer

The lady working here today(8/19/21) at 1 p.m literally was yelling and cussing at a poor lady because she was blind, had her seeing eye dog and wouldn't allow her in the establishment.. instead of politely refusing if she felt so strongly about an animal inside she was absolutely terrible. Even as the blind lady tripped and fell out side,scrapping up her knees, the women was still yelling at her, degrading her for having a service animal.. luckily a kind stranger helped her up, all the while the employee still yelling. I really hope something is done about this incident, because that was absolutely uncalled for
