If I could I would give this place zero stars. They were very rude over the phone, when I asked to place an order I was told “I’m not going to sit here and place an order over the phone for you while we are in a rush” and upon asking what they wanted me to do she told me to come in and order and what for it there (while they are backed up)

This Pizza Hut has greatly improved with different employees. I only carryout and the pizza has been very good. Loses a star because the breadsticks are almost always cooked too long. Last batch was good so hopefully they got that figured out.

For anyone ordering from this location I would highly suggest ordering carryout and not delivery. First issue was Friday evening when I placed an online order and their system supposedly changed it to carryout, waited an hour and a half to find out then when I did receive our order it was cold. 2nd time was yesterday where i called in, waited 2 hrs and never received our order at which time I just canceled the order. I did call later and did carryout which they were timely on but delivery seems to be an issue.

Cold pizza, barely any sauce on pizza and for breadsticks which went cold,hard and
Bad driver, said that he couldn't find the address, but he knocked on our door. The old driver had no problem. He was saying he was leaving. We had to run out to him. I think the place was re-franchised and it looks like the same idiots that own the BP (Sinclair) gas stations. I am not ordering from this location anymore.

I asked for an pizza with Alfredo sauce jalapeños black olives and mushrooms but ended up with extra jalapeños black olives with no sauce asked to exchange even offered to take the pizza in and was put on hold for 30 minutes this better off going to Papa John's the worse service ever!!
