I ordered two pizza's, a large supreme and a medium cheese along with cheese bread. The mushrooms on the pizza looked shriveled and rotten. They tasted strange. The sausage on the pizza tasted strange. No flavor but left an after taste. This is the second time our family has been VERY disappointed with this Pizza Hut. I have several reward points and will NOT be using them at this location. I CANNOT in a clear conscious recommend this location. ??

I ordered pizza bread sticks and wings. They called me to tell me the fryer is down and I can't get wings and it will cost more money to get a replacement item from the menu

I ordered a pizza at 6:08pm. At 6:45pm I received a text saying my pizza was out for delivery. I literally live five minutes away from this location. After 20 minutes went by I called them looking for my pizza. I was told the driver tried calling me but couldn't get through so he went back to the store. Then they sent him out again and after waiting another 20 minutes nothing. Finally at 7:41pm I receive a phone call from the Manager saying the driver couldn't contact me and I wouldn't be getting my pizza. How is it the Manager had no problem contacting me but the driver wasn't able to???

Our order was screwed up, they forgot our drinks and the delivery driver walked around the house and knocked on the back door.

Severely understaffed in the kitchen. One girl (who handled things amazing) took our order, MADE our food, then handed it to me. It took 20 minutes longer than scheduled but she was literally all alone as I saw FIVE other employees just sitting on their behinds not helping this poor girl out! She didn’t have a name tag on and I didn’t want to ask her name and scare her to tell her she was doing just fine and she should be upset that no one was stepping in to help her and instead watched her struggle and get harassed by another customer about their order. Someone give this girl a job other than here!
