I have been coming to this popeyes for years. But today is the last straw. The food was terrible because it was overcooked. The service was terrible. It took longer than 25 min to get 10 pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes, fries, and biscuits. We ordered online, but they weren't even aware of our order. So they asked us to wait. So we waited, and when we got tired of waiting we went inside to check on our order. They still didn't know about our order. We finally get our order after being treated like an inconvenience even though the dining room was empty and the drive though was empty. The chicken was overcooked and didn't even taste like popeyes chicken. We ordered 10 pieces and 7 pieces were breast meat, 2 wings, 1 thigh. I was looking forward to more variety.This is the second time the food has been like this. I thought maybe the first time it was a fluke. But after this time, I'm not planning on going back to this popeyes ever again.

Place is getting run in the ground. Sign at drive-thru is in terrible shape. Numerous visits have resulted in out of stock staples like butter, honey, shrimp. Get your act together folks!
My original chicken order seemed a little flat. Didn't taste the Cajun and spice much. Maybe I need to go spicy next time. Guy working the counter was great. Didn't seem beat down on life like most people working the front counter at quick service places are these days.

Went 2x in a month. Both times had to pull off and wait 45 minutes the first time for chicken strips and after we left realized we didn't have full order. 2nd time waited 20 minutes.

It's not that the food is bad, the chicken sandwich is hands down the best offered by any fast food restaurant. But the service is atrocious. They're always out of something (usually the thing you want, the sandwich) and they frequently take over 30 minutes to get your food out. And it's more often than not messed up. I can't count the number of times I've ordered a classic with bacon and cheese and they forget the bacon and cheese.I'm gonna stop coming here soon. Getting sick of this.
