Not the place for a salad. They don’t have many options. I’ve had great food here but the salad lane. How difficult could it be? It’s hardly more than iceberg lettuce with a few grape tomatoes. I had it with crispy chicken. The chicken is not great either. We had carry out so the two pieces of hot over breaded chicken just wilted the lettuce.

We stopped here (group of 3) after shopping in Cedar Rapids. They have several burger and sand which options. We got 2 Mac and Cheese Burgers, a Hawkeye State Burger (Go Hawks!), an order of tots, Cheese Curds, and Coke Slaw. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The Hawkeye State Burger is fantastic. Like, I would eat that as my last meal fantastic. The corn nuggets really add a level of sweetness to a savory burger that is unmatched. The tots and cheese curds weren't anything special...neither was the coleslaw. All in all - would recommend. Their selection of sauces is great and I'd love to come back

I was excited to try this place, mostly on its fun name alone! I kept getting suggestions based on the great reviews, and Yelp certainly knows me. The burgers were pretty amazing. I got the Brunch Burger, something I normally wouldn't try. It had a lot of fun flavors that worked well together. My boyfriend got the Cowboy Burger, and I definitely want to try that next time. This is kind of an upscale fast food place. You order at the counter, and they bring the food to you. It is a little pricier but worthy based on the food.

I have eaten at this place twice now and I am very impressed! I have only had the southwest spicy burger and both times was 10/10. I thought it was a chain but a friend told me they started as a food truck at newbo. Love that it’s local. Also the prices are VERY reasonable even with the out of control skyrocketing prices of everything. I haven’t had their fries but if it’s anything like the burger I am sure they’re great! Thank you!

Really sad to give this low rating but what a disappointment. The person taking the order looked very bored and like it was an effort to take our order. The food horrible! The other CR location is so much better. While this location is more convenient I won't go here again.
I got a steak sandwich. The bun was soggy with oil, and oil was dripping from the sandwich. I think the grilled peppers must have been cooked in an inch of oil, and someone must have poured the peppers AND OIL right onto the sandwich. My sister’s steak sandwich was exactly the same. There’s no way to get that much oil without literally pouring it on, and it happened to both of them! I gave up on trying to eat mine, because my need for a shower and a change of clothes overtook my hunger. There are lots of restaurants in that area, so you should definitely choose a different one. I wish there was a way to erase the awful experience.

AwfulDid not like my food at all.I ordered a Philly and it came unable to hold meat mushy and the onions and peppers were not cut well. No seasoning to it. Cheese sau e was bland. Do not recommend.......

The place is clean and the food came out quickly. That's it for positives.The employee we ordered with no idea what comes on any of the sandwiches. When the food came out, the person who brought it out didn't know what was what.The "fiery" mac and cheese was terrible, with small, hard elbow macaroni and a cheese sauce that was simultaneously thin and gritty. The patty melt wasn't much better: oversalted, on mushy thin buns (not rye bread), and slathered in some sauce that neither the employees nor menu mentioned.The cheese fries were probably pretty good while they were still hot, but unfortunately they were barely warm by the time they got to our table. My wife says the chicken salad sandwich was good.

Loved Saucy ever since their NewBo start up. The burgers are sooo good with the homemade focaccia bread and cheese sauce. I also love their turkey deluxe sandwich with raspberry sauce (great combo). Sides are extensive from tots to fries loaded with various toppings - 1 Oder is definitely plenty for 2 if not 3 individuals. Tonight I tried their milkshakes for the first time - went with Oreo and the presentation and flavors were wonderful! Keep up the good work saucy focaccia!
