Waste of money. We ordered from here 2 wraps and 2 footlong sandwiches today. Very little meat and veggies on anything- I've never seen subway sandwiches so flat. I will not go back to this location- I'd rather go hungry- which ironically we all are still hungry despite eating our dry flat sandwich bread and wraps.

They are always out of meatballs. Last time I went in there today and for the 8th time they were out of meatballs. The guy gave me a bs story about having to open late. So I just ordered my mom's sub. They cut it 3/4s of the way down and not even all the way through. Not worth your time.

There are subway sandwich artists that don't wear masks when the city of Cedar Rapids has a city mandate due to high Covid 19 cases in Linn County. One heavy set male Subway worker wasn't wearing his uniform and no mask as shown in photos.

2 subway workers, a male and female have no masks on when serving you. Subway has a sign up that they are taking safe measures to assure customers' safty with wearing masks and gloves. Apparently, the workers are not taking it seriously and do not follow the company policy.I would give this subway 0 stars if I could. I will not return!!!!

9/12. Worker had no mask, when asked to put one on he gave a smart comment. Then said what do you want? I asked do you have gloves, he said yep under the counter and then put them on. Not only rude but against heath code and in our city we have a mask mandate and a mask mandate in place at Walmart. Won't be back to this Subway.

Today I was appalled! Walmart is making sure people are wearing masks at the door yet a Subway employee (a thin tall woman) speaking loudly with no mask around her at all. She was talking over the food with no mask. What is the point of wearing a mask if the employees don't even have a mask on them at all!!!! I think this should be addressed immediately. I don't think corporate Subway would appreciate one of their sandwich artists openly displayed at the entrance of a super store with no mask seen openly talking over the "fresh sandwich ingredients" This happened today at around 3:39 pm 8/25/20. The pandemic is NOT a joke. 271 NEW cases just today in Iowa. 9 deaths If we don't take things seriously it will be our demise.

On a real note. Ask for Brayden Johnson, he is like an angel from heaven when it comes to making sandwiches. When he made my sandwich I couldn't believe what I just ate. Hands down best sandwich maker in the world.

Wouldn't recommend eating there due to the fact that this place is very unprofessional. Employees bring their children to their place of work, and as they are working, the kids are acting a fool. Screaming, running around, and climbing on top of tables. C'mon hire a babysitter rather than taking your kids to your place of work, as you're working!

The young man was extremely rude to the point of obnoxious, Not just me but also to the customer right in front of me. Then when I saw the 4.99 sub was wrong he rang it up for 5.65 I brought it to his attention that with tax he owed me 70 cents and that it was rung up in correctly, he argued and fought with me and told me those signs should have been taken down none of you sub's were 4.99 anymore his manager didn't take them down. I pointed out that if it's up there it has to be given to me. He finally rung up a discount and gave me 70 cents back, but told me it wasn't his fault, to talk to the manager. Do this review is for his manager, you have a very rude young man working there, and if the prices are wrong they need to be corrected. I won't be coming to your Subway anytime soon if your employees are that rude.
