6:25 was when my order was marked ready, she never made it. So I waited. She refused to help me. So I said something and got attitude. They claimed someone took my order. Then they made the order wrong and tried to not even give me the cookie I paid for. Terrible service. Don’t work in food service if you’re going to behave like a toddler. But you bet she sure helped everyone else who walked in just not me? I’ll stick to going elsewhere or only at lunch here. Aundrea was way better and did a good job at lunch.

Ordered dinner for my family online and apparently you must babysit these employees to ensure your order is actually made properly. I will be going in to report this to the manager in the morning however I will not order online here again!! If you don't take a least a small amount of pride in the job your doing then you shouldn't be doing it.
The staff are so nice and very good at their jobs! They also work really well together. The sandwiches are as good as subway gets.

Veg end was freezing the tomatoes cucumbers .Spinach & iceberg lettuce should of been changed out...Quality just isnt there..Fresh bread was the best part.Jimmy John's might cost more, but quality is much better.
