Katie the 45 year old woman was definitely coming down off drugs. She was in a super big hurry as no one else was in line. She asked for my veggies before being in front of them. The hurried through it and put little specs of each veggie. I said wow that is very stingy. She said I didn’t need to be rude with her. I said you’re the rude one asking for my entire order immediately and giving me nothing. I said this a $12 sandwich and I expect decent toppings. She yelled at me in front of two ladies that had just walked through the door. Subway doesn’t have surveys or a complaint number anymore.

If you pull into the parking lot and see a truck that says "thick chick" with the license plate "THICK", just go elsewhere. She's rude as hell and makes your sandwich with reckless abandon. You want olives on your sandwich, here's 4 total olive slices. You want peppercorn ranch? Let me drown this for you. You want it toasted? Nope. She wraps it up and tosses your bag across the counter. I will never take my family there for a quick bite again.

This location opens up at 8:00 am. I arrived yesterday around 8:15 am. As I entered the store, I was not greeted with a friendly smile as one would think. It was more of a grumble & annoyance that I had interrupted what she had been doing. It was pretty clear she had arrived to work late, was in a horrible mood & not very friendly. When I told her I would like to order... she informed me that I was to wait while she made food tags & finished setting up.Had she asked me what I wanted, she would have been able to make my bacon, egg & cheese flat bread.... as those items had already been staged. Instead, I stood there for 10-15 minutes, before I decided to leave.Following that incident, I landed at the Edgewood location. During the interaction with the gentleman at this location, which I will say he was friendly & helpful, I learned that both stores were under the same ownership. I asked if I could have the contact information for ownership. He provided the number, but made the comment that he didn't know if anybody would get back to me. At the time I thought was an odd thing to say, but after listening to a very long message, hearing their wonky office hours & being unable to leave a voicemail... makes perfect sense why nobody would be getting back to me.Needless to say, I'm not real impressed with the subways under this ownership group.

Every time I order sandwich's from here for delivery there's something wrong with the order .it's always something. I don't want to look like a big old cry baby because there's no avocado on my sandwich but it comes with it , I never order a custom sandwich for delivery. Just how it is on the menu why does this happen all the time ? With menu prices so high they should really try harder.

I use to be employed at this subway and they way they handle your food would make you throw up. They leave food ON the kitchen cooler floor and they don't care about proper hygiene. Disgusting mangers and disgusting store.

Worst subway in town they were super stingy with everything not just the tuna but even the veggies I had to ask for more pickles like 4 times and still didn't get the amount I wanted same with the olives also the guy that was working with the lady making my sandwich was super lazy and not helping her at all even though they had a line of people I've been to this location several times there always closing early and no one there seems to have any customer service skills if I decide I want a sub again I'll definitely be chosing a different location or more likely I'll just go to Jimmy John's

I placed an order online on 1/14/23 at the location on Blair’s Forest Way NE and they didn’t put any cheese on my sandwich and they didn’t put the oil on my sandwich last time I ordered online they forgot the same things and I had to go back and get my sandwich remade. I really don’t understand how they missed these items when it’s clearly on the receipt
