This seems to be the way things are nowadays, and it sucks. So I ordered 29.00 worth of food on the taco bell app. I was about 6 miles away when I sent the order. I ordered a cantina box that consists of a drink, a cantina chicken burrito, a soft taco (paid extra for it to be a supreme) a cantina chicken taco (reward for signing up on the app) 2 fiesta potatoes, a stacker with steak, a loaded nacho with steak, and 4 avocado Verde salsas. We got to the restaurant and it took quite a while to get to the window, which is fine , they were kinda busy. We get to the window and 10 minutes later the guy who looked to be in his early twenties hands me a really small bag of food and a medium Mt dew and closes the window. I get his attention and tell hime that what appear to be two tacos and some fire sauce are not what I ordered. Hergen asked me what I ordered . I told Him. Then he says "do you have your receipt?" Then muttered something and closed the window. After him and his manager scramble around looking for my food. Then it happens. They grab a bag of food that had been sitting in the counter the entire time we sat in the drive thru. But it gets worse. Turns out we only got half of the food and the picture I've enclosed says it all.

They kept losing orders and this one lady waited 20 minutes to be told her order was lost and she had to wait to get her money back. They had people clearing orders that weren't done. The people calling food wasn't calling food loud enough and gave someone attitude when they said they might need to call names louder. One of the workers went to the bathroom and then came back mean mugging everyone. They kept mixing orders up as well

It's good food most of the time they seem to always mess something up. The online ordering needs something to update with the stores regularly or more frequently. I don't know how many times it's been were actually out of that. So how do we fix my order? Here is a couple free taco coupons for your next order. That's great I ordered a 12pc Cinnabon. The Cinnabons are to die for though.

It's Midnight, thee only other location is across town, and that line is literally no line 1hr wait...With only 40mins until this location close for the night, I was granted thee best service at the Drive Thru, and my food was made perfect.
