I ordered a crunchy beef burrito (value menu) and a grilled chicken burrito. The crunchy beef burrito had very little filling. It was mostly a tortilla. The grilled chicken burrito was swimming in sauce. So much that it was just spilling out with every bit I took. Way too much sauce. The chicken burrito was also missing the potato bites. I ate about half of the beef burrito and only a few bites from the chicken burrito. I would not go back to Taco John's.
Some staff are fabulous. Some, wear their moods on the entire outside of themselves, from head to toe.

My son and I went inside to order food, and we stood at the counter for about 4 minutes as employees behind the counter were preparing food and just watching us stand there without saying anything. I noticed a kiosk, so I started ordering, which I hate doing. After 10 minutes of standing there trying to put down my order, a guy walks up and is greeted right away at the counter and asked for his order. When I started paying I wanted to order my food that way instead of kiosk, the employee (manager btw) walked away and told the worker at the window who was busy to help me. I dislike Taco Bell but am seriously considering going there next time. Plus, they really need to get the Apple Grandes back!

Customers that order wrong, pay more. We paid $5/each for Super Burritos when they were buy one get another for $1....unless you order saying "beef super burritos"....employee statement after we asked why so much..."you said beef" wow! Done with this place.
