Good food but with the bar located in the middle of the room gives large open space between bar and tables. To me this arrangement makes the customer feel exposed to other patrons and doesn't give that private intimate atmosphere that other similar restaurants do.

The only negative thing I have to say is the prices aren't exactly wallet friendly, but the food is worth the price. I had the Tequila Lime Chicken Tacos. Seriously recommend.

Popped in on 2 separate days in the past month and both times received very poor service. First time our group of 4 ordered drinks and waited for 20 mins and never received them or saw our server again. The place was covered in dirty dishes all over the tables and bar. Second time 2 of us popped in and sat at the bar...the bartender never said a word to us nor made eye contact. She dropped menus and left. The customer service was badly lacking.

We stopped in on Saturday night and needed to be in and out within an hour. Our server, Jennifer, was awesome! She got us our beverages right away and took our orders. We had our food within 20 minutes or less of being there. The food was delicious. My hubby enjoyed the IPA beer choices. It was really a great dinner, and Jennifer made the experience even better. She was attentive, thoughtful, kind and very personable. I would highly recommend this place to friends and others.

I went there for the first time today. We went to celebrate my daughters soccer winning their game tonight. We ordered the cheese curds, 3 burgers, 1 chicken strip, 1 mac and cheese, and traditional wings. The cheese curds were super greasy, mushy blocks of cheese, the burgers had no flavor, my 4 yr old ate 2 bites of the Mac and said it was spicy, the chicken tasted and felt like rubber and the sodas we got with our food was flat. The only good thing was the fries and my lemonade. My server was good and super nice. I was not impressed with the food considering my bill came to $91. Definitely not impressed.

Great place to stop in for a meal, a drink, or both! Managers are wonderful, food is delicious, drinks are tasty, and no, I don't work there or get paid for this. It just felt like a place where everyone actually takes pride in their work. I enjoyed the atmosphere every time I've been there.Kid-friendliness: We brought my friend's daughter with us and they have a variety of kids meal options. We sat at a booth and the kid was fine, I am not sure about booster seats, high chairs, and etc.Parking: Lots of parking, some handicap parking. Strip mall lot, shared with another popular restaurant close by. Doesn't really affect parking. You may have to walk 100-200 ft from lot to seat.

If you are looking to save money or go on a diet, this is the place for you! You will arrive to watch one of the games and they will seat you but nobody will serve you, even after you ask the hostess politely for a server 30 minutes after your arrival. You then realize all the servers are sitting at booths and standing at the bar. So then after 30 minutes more if not getting served, then you decide to just go to Panda Express. But overall 0 calories and $0 spent at Boulder Taphouse.

The service here is great, our waiter was very kind and on top of everything we needed. For a starter, if you have never tried them, the cheese curds are a MUST! We prefer ours to be made with pepperjack cheese, the breading seems to melt in your mouth. Our burgers were cooked to a lovely medium rare, and the Parmesan fries were loaded! I got to finish the meal with a delicious Oreo milkshake, and was very satisfied with the experience overall!

I was very impressed. The food came out lightening fast on a busy Saturday, loaded with Christmas shoppers. The appetizers were delicious, and our meal was on point. The waitress kept the drinks flowing. The place is loaded with tv's to watch the game. Very cool atmosphere for a tap house at the mall. No complaints here. Really disappointed with the food today. Love their boulder cheese curds, but about half of them had very little to no cheese inside. The steakhouse burger had no mushrooms on it and the stuffed burger was plain and very disappointing. Won't be going back

Food was ok. They said they dropped my food and had to remake it. But then the entire time after that I was stared at by like 4 waiters/waitresses. So that made me super uncomfortable about the food and the vibes of the restaurant. Our waitress was pleasant in the sense of apologizing for the mishap but after that it was like we were a ghost. The new guy that was still learning made sure we were taken care of but his knowledge on stuff was limited so he kept having to run to her about stuff we asked. No issue with that in any way. But the original waitress was dead set on avoiding us. The restaurant wasn't busy in any way and we had to wait almost 15 minutes of her talking to her friends and passing us to others before we could get our check to even pay to leave. Wasn't impressed with the crew that night.

We were here for the first time tonight and we’re forgotten about fie awhile ( totally not their fault, they were slammed and short staffed) but as soon as they realized they got our orders in, comped our whole meal even though we told the manager Brian it wasn’t necessary and were apologized by everyone!! The food was delicious (try the avocado fries!!) the staff are amazing and the drinks are strong and delicious!!! Five stars!! And we’ll be back often!!

They are clearing super busy and understaffed. But who isn't. 15 minutes or so went by. A server stopped by asked if we had been helped. We had not but wasn't in a rush or anything. Our actual server was never told we were sat. They came by before we even ordered and said good was on the house. The manager Brian, came out and personally apologized. We assured him it was quite alright we understood. Will definitely be back with friends. Even with the rocky start. Great first experience.
