I am averaging two visits here. The first was 5 stars all the way. The second was 3.5 stars. Pizza and cheesy bread the first visit were out of this world. The second time I got their version of the French dip and it was ok. I ate it because I was uingry but honestly did not enjoy it much.

I have high expectations for Italian food and this place checked all the boxes for good Italian. The chicken Parmesan was fresh and had wonderful breading to it. The pasta was well cooked and the meat sauce had a great flavor to it.
Placed order for carryout at the restaurant. Staff was super friendly, recommended deals. The food was hot and fresh. The Gondolas are so darn good, if you have never had one your missing out!

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. The food here has declined a lot but tonight was the worst I’ve ever had from here. Ordered 1/2 gallon of spaghetti with meat sauce and 1/2 gallon of cheese ravioli with marinara and 2 loaves of garlic bread. The meat sauce had zero flavor. It didn’t have that signature taste that we all know. The marinara sauce was even more disappointing. It’s basically onion and tomato juice. I had a pile of onions left on my plate that I had picked out of the sauce. The pastas themselves were good but it’s the sauces that make or break it. The bread was okay but it’s not like it used to be either. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this location anymore. I’ll go clear out to Marion from now on.

Girlfriend tried calling multiple times to place an order. Problem was their phone was off the hook. More than 20 minutes as she tried calling multiple times. Than when she finally pulls up to place the order, all the employees where all chilling out front like they weren't at work. She literally walked into the store by herself, than was followed by an employee. Sadly this will be the last time we go here or Zio John's as they are sister company's. Super unfortunate an will let people know our experience as well.

The service was excellent. Order was delivered quickly and was hot. Large servings got to take some home. Everything ordered was so delicious. The onion rings are the best I've ever had, so crispy. Reasonably priced for amount of food you get. Definitely recommend!

NOT A HALF GALLON. Spaghetti reduced to a six-cup container. But menu still says half gallon. That's 25% less than advertised.
