I’m very upset with Zio Johnos …I will ever go back. Me and my family went to have dinner and they wouldn’t let us order a family meal because we wanted to eat there.What they are really saying is we don’t want families eating at our restaurant or you have to spend $80. We could have gotten the meal for $30 and they wouldn’t let us. I am so upset…. I cannot believe I can’t get a family meal to dine in…. Please thank about your decision to not let families dine in and order family meals.

So my roommate today went into this place on her lunch break to get us both some cheesy bread and a gondola for myself. Before she went to the counter to order she decided to use the restroom. Apparently that is a big no no at this restaurant. After being in there for a minute a man entered and asked if anyone was in there. Was probably gonna clean it but my roommate says probably not cuz it was very dirty and she said it looked like they hadn't cleaned it in a long time. She said she was going to the bathroom and would be out in a minute. Another minute goes by and he came back in saying "are you still in here?" She said yes and he said "this is not a public restroom , this is for customers only" she said he muttered some other unintelligible nonsense before slamming the door. Needless to say I did not have a gondola for lunch like I thought nor did she have any cheese bread. I would say to the owner that you being that way towards your customers is a quick way to get rid of them . And honestly the food is not good enough to have to be treated that way . So I won't be going back and I'll do my best to make sure none of my friends or family do either.

I give 1 star because I'm not a totally unreasonable person and 1 for fast service. But I have to say the chicken Alfredo was bland the chicken on it was dry all I tasted was the pasta sauce that seemed like a slap together at best... the ONLY reason I finished my plate was that I wasn't going to waste a $13.99 plate of over priced slop ... sorry not sorry... do better..$13.99 is waaaaay to much. And also the "garlic " bread... didn't even taste like it had garlic on or in it.. probably won't be returning until prices come down or quality expectations meets reasonable prices.

OVER PRICED!!! $8+ for a basic plate of spaghetti and $14 for a plate of Chicken Alfredo!!! Bonkers!!! My spaghetti was over boiled, the sauce was watery and clearly tasted of sugar. I take my spaghetti seriously and I think it was subpar. Sorry...but when I can cook better spaghetti at home and pay $25 for 2 plates of pasta and a plate of garlic bread that doesn't garlic then I have complaints. If your patrons enjoy these prices good for them but it's way too much for me. Then they ask for a tip...for what??? Getting shafted twice? The waitress cupper her hands all over the top of the Parmesan, Salt & Pepper. Gross! I don't know where your hands have been lady!!! I wasn't even able to trade any words or eye contact with this waitress. Good, bad or in between...

I want to start out my saying the food is OK... The customer service though... The girl who took my order was extremally bored, she acted like she hated her job and did not look me in the eyes once. She seemed like she was rushing me so she could go home faster. I've also heard horrible things about the manager of the store, openly racist and homophobic and very opinionated. The building its self is in horrible condition. The mens bathroom is dirty and to make it even better, multiple n@zi symbols etched on the walls... The dining room had nasty ceiling tiles and looked like mold was growing on the soda machines. The building would be closed immediately if any health inspector walked in.

I ordered Chicken Alfredo and it was definitely overpriced and not worth $13.99. The Alfredo sauce didn’t even taste like Alfredo and the pasta and chicken was very bland.

We had a function T our church yesterday and I ordered food for 30. The people very very friendly and took care of my order right away. The owner helped load the food in my car for me. The food was fresh and delicious we had 24 very happy people and they loved the food as well. I highly recommend Zio's if you need good food fast. The went above and beyond.
the food has been completely tasteless everytime very disappointing. i hope that one day a better place opens up at this location

I’ve been going to Zio’s since I was little. My mom would walk me downtown to have a pizza bread and some spaghetti. Then when I was a teenager, it was a staple. The taste of the spaghetti and bread and gondolas instantly take me back. Always loved it, always will!!Kid-friendliness: What little kid doesn’t like Zio’s?

Always good spaghetti and cheezy bread! Lasagna hit or miss...pizza pretty good. Salads are good. Clean and nicely painted Italian scenery and colors.
