If I could give 0 I would!! Ordered off the app and used delivery for convenience. 25 minutes was the given time frame. Over an hour later, no delivery! Called the store for a sandwich artist to tell me it's doordash's fault and I ordered through them. WRONG!!! Used the Subway app which showed a delivery option. Get told 'You can come get it, it's ready, hon.' Don't want cold food so told said artist to cancel the order. Tells me it has to be done through the app...WRONG!!! The app has no cancel option and they have the money and the cold food! Plus a tip for a driver who doesn't exist!! Thieves!!Update: Doordash delivery sent a confirmation text not 5 minutes after the call with the sandwich artist ended. I asked how they get notified of an order that isn't placed through the doordash app... Subway sends that! He delivered Subways Made Fresh Delivered Rotten sandwiches within 10 minutes of being notified... Funny how Subway forgot to send the receipt with him though! Nice try, hon! I can pull that up through the app!!

Ordered through the app, which enabled processing doordash for delivery. After an hour of waiting, nothing arrived and we called to check what was going on. The employee was rude, insisted we couldn’t have used Subway to include a doordash payment and would need to pick up the food ourselves because they have nothing to do with doordash.There was frustration over the situation, especially after the employee checked back a second time, caught their mistake in the first and saw Doordash was involved, paid for, and tipped through the app. Rather than apologize for misleading us, or at all for the situation, she told us to “just cancel the order” and we’d have to do it on our side. Which we can’t do, because it processed through the subway app!A search on Google tells me a manager has to void it, so this can’t be done on our side and the employee is operating under several misconceptions and 0 consideration for their customers. While the world moves forward with conveniences, I guess we’ll have to consider this subway disconnected from progress.

To start this out we live out of town of centerville. My moms bf went to get us food. They messed up both mine and my mom's sandwiches. Mom called to at least let them know. The person on the phone went straight to "Sorry can't do nothing about it". Which fine. BUT what is not okay is that they Didn't even say "I am sorry to hear that. Any chance they can come back and we will fix it?" I find that very poor customer service.

I have Always have been a fan of subway, also always a tipper. The lunch ladies are so nice. Today, I asked for a spicy Italian ( a classic sandwich) The lady doing meat and cheese did exactly what I asked for. I noticed tension when I got up to the counter but didn't say anything. When my sandwich moved down to the veggie area there was a guy that said "You ordered a #23" (which is a series sandwich) and threw extra cheese on it faster than I could even comprehend what he said. I stood there and watch him "whisper" to the lady at the cash register that unless they say no charge them for it. The other ladies seemed irritated. I stood there and told them no I didn't ask for extra cheese, nor did say I want the #23. I said spicy Italian. They said it's too late and charged me anyways. They're lucky I didn't make them keep it and walk out. Instead I told them that's sad because I'm normally a tipper. Subway Lost a loyal customer today.

It's subway, so the food is good. Service started out friendly. I was making sure my sister had her ordered right and checked that my son was getting his order. When the cashier was rude. By telling me that the sandwich is done and wrapped can't be changed. Okay!!Tables needed cleaned. I always carry a sample size of disinfectant wipes with me. The wipe turned yuck after I cleaned our table.Vegetarian options: Just order a sub with no meat.

TRUCKERS BEWARE. First off. I've been coming here for years. The employees are amazing and very fast. Hands down the best subway I've ever been to. Although today I was greeted by and angry man outside screaming and cussing at me for stopping in the HUGE parking lot to get food (not sure if he had anything to do with subway) Then asked the employees and they said trucks aren't allowed, even though they've never said anything to me the many, many times I've been there (Alot of local Trucks stop here for lunch) . The sign says "no truck parking" but what they mean is "NO TRUCKS" this business expects to be serviced by hardworking drivers but can't accommodate to let them eat lunch so I'll take my business elsewhere.

If you're familiar with Subway you know what we're dealing with here. If you love Subway you'll love this one, if you hate Subway this won't change your mind.When I went in there were no other customers in the store so waiting wasn't a problem (although a guy came in after me). All the ingredients looked like they were freshly topped off or refreshed. My sub was good as usual, customer service was good but nothing special, and the store was very clean.
